I’ve been staying close to this dominos going on two years, maybe ordered a dozen times or more and honestly one, food has always been on point and two, my deliveries have always been really quick. I always try to tip the best I can at the moment because I do appreciate the service.

This place needs better staff. They lost my order and couldn’t figure out where it was at and didn’t know how to use a phone to call the driver for updates. The girl who kept answering the phones was very rude and could not perform her job correctly especially with her nasty attitude. The store Manager Cameron should really assess the performance of his crew.

Every time I go they’re in the back sitting down doing nothing, and the person has to yell for them. They leave things out of the order and then refuse to answer the phone like I wasn’t just in there to know how slow you are.

I placed an online order for a work team meeting for 4 medium pizzas at 3pm on a weekday and the online tracker said the order was going to be delivered in 40 minutes. It was then cancelled 15 minutes after the order was placed with no explanation. Don't even bother ordering from this place because you'll just be left disappointed and hungry.

I placed an order online for 5 medium pizzas for my basketball team as a Christmas celebration .. I had it scheduled for delivery at 3pm today… the online tracker is a joke it never updated beyond prep .. I called the store after serval attempts of trying to reach them (an operator gave me an alternate number) .. it was 3:45 when I finally got in touch with someone, i explained the situation and expressed my frustration with the lack of progress and no contact to let me know that the store was short handed.. I asked for a refund because at that point the order was 45 minutes late and the manager I spoke with said the driver was heading out with the order and would arrive in the next 20-25 minutes ( which at that point the order would be 1hr and 25 minutes late) he refused to refund the order and offered me a $20 coupon ??… I couldn’t make this up if I wanted to.. I told him to cancel the order because by the time the food arrived my players would be heading home.. I will never order from this location again…

It wasn't good I was paying for my pizza but they was giving away free pizza to Allen crackhead and people that do drugs I don't think it's right for me to have to buy my pizza and people that do drugs get free pizza at night

Is ok, but they always burn my pizza s, and they are very sloppy, is not a clean place, there is only one lady working there, and take your money and she runs back to make your pizza s, my be that is why my pizza are always burn she try to do it all the work by herself,oh and not true what they say that the pizza s are,$6:99,no,is not ture, they show on TV that Pizza s are $6:99, but is not ture,they charge you more they say is the taxes on your order,,

I placed an order on Monday night at 6:40pm for three pizzas. The pizzas arrived after 8pm and one was incorrect. I called Immediately and was told a manager would give me a call back. On Tuesday morning, I called The store and spoke to a manager and told him someone was supposed to call me. He asked if I wanted a credit and I told Him no because I had to order something else for myself to eat (veggie pizza is what I wanted But got pepperoni and I dont Eat meat) he said he did not know how to refund just the one pizza and told me to call back at 5pm to speak to another manager. Called again this morning (did not have time at 5pm yesterday because I was Working) and no answer.Update 10/30 I attempted to give this location another chance tonight and my order was made incorrectly. I ordered a BYO pasta with marinara, green pepper, and onions. It has meat in it and I do Not eat meat. My pizzas were made correctly.
Definitely do not recommend ordering online from this place. Ordered pizza at 9 pm and it’s 11:30pm and haven’t received anything as of now. Showed up to the store and the customer service was not top tier, the lady working front desk was not cooperative at first and language was inappropriate.

Everything about this experience was terrible! From the customer service, to the delivery, to the attitude of all the workers. This locations needs to seriously consider different crew members. We waited for our pizza to be delivered for over 3 hours and when we came into the store they absolutely met us with terrible attitude and customer service. They blamed the wait on us and they absolutely did not satisfy customer expectations. Terrible place and terrible service do not recommend.

This is the worst location. I ordered pizza from here and they cancelled my order when they are open until 12 placed the order at 11. also when i called the location they picked up and hung up. i called 2 more times and they did the same. I really don't think this is good customer services. Management should really do something in correcting this. The whole picking up and me hearing maybe 3 or 4 people... I really don't know what to say about that behaver. this location is just nasty
