unfortunately, I have placed orders for an Alfredo base/none base multiple times with it being willingly substituted for anything they have without confirmation. Be it tomato, or barbecue. I am currently with a roommate that cannot tolerate either of those. The food is fantastic, as well as the staff – do not get me wrong, love this place.but my criticisms are made unanswered for that particular point. I will continue to order from this place, and I do recommend it. I am just confused on the topic of why the preciseness of my order is not going through to the store.

I am in Dallas for medical services for a family member. We ordered my free pizza to be delivered when I received the pizza part of the pizza was flipped up on top of part of the pizza. I called the store the manager sent a new pizza and requested the first pizza to be returned. When the driver brought the second pizza I showed him what was wrong with the pizza and he told me it was not that way when he delivered it and pretty much called me a lier. I am 59 years old and do not have a reason to lie about a pizza. I feel as if I was disrespected by the driver. And I will not ever use Domino's in Dallas again.

6/7/2025 I ordered two large thin-crust Pepperoni and chicken online. She added red sauce instead of white sauce. Chicken pizza, and the pizza was burned and dry.. I don't think thin crust shouldn't last long like the regular hand-tossed Pizza. In the oven

Hands down the worst location I've ever been to. Ordered online for pickup. When I arrived 20 minutes later, the order wasn't even acknowledged. After it was started, it took another 20 minutes and they still got the entire order wrong and didn't understand why I was angry about their total failure.

Ordered a pizza and it was never delivered. Waited an hour and twenty minutes before I called and the person I spoke to said they didn't have an order for me. If you are staying in a hotel, don't order from them because evidently they don't think you are a legitimate customer.

Ordered on line, received message on delivery driver, even though its been cooked received message it was canceled due to cannot make order what a load of CRAP wouldnt be surprised they canceled due to one pizza was free LOL !!!!! Dominos Sucks !!!! will never order from them again!!!!
