I have been ordering online and got great service until today. I’m trying to call to follow up on my order, which is btw, taking forever to get baked and processed, but no one is answering the phone. Never again.

I placed an order online called 5 mins afterwards to location was told my order was coming out as we spoke. I stay 7 mins away right I got there order was just sitting out when I arrived. I didn’t bother to check but when I made it home all 4pizzas were cold no way they would’ve got cold with in 7 mins of pick up then none of the pizzas were cut all the way thru and sum were burnt

This place rocks. Last Friday September 13. We ordered though the app. Ordered pizza and wings. We picked up are order got it home. The pizza was cold. Wings were OK. I then called and spoke to the manager. He was very nice and professional He said they would take care of us next time. Well today we stopped by there. The manager remembered the call. He went above and beyond. He not only comped the pizza he took care of the wings as well. I wish other restaurants took care of it guess the He did. I worked in the restaurant industry for over 30 years, I'm retired now, But this is how we took care of our guess, Thank you Domino's . PS tonight's order was off the chain. Thanks again.
Limited parking. The food is good as long as you know the ingredients in your food.

Ordered online and when I get there they tell me that my order was accidentally given away, So now I'm having to sit there and waste time that I don't have to waste and then they have the nerve to put on there that the order was completed and if that wasn't enough when they brought my order.... It was literally all wrong!!! Worst service I've ever received anywhere in my Life!!!! I'm No pizza expert but pretty sure that isn't a pepperoni and jalapeño and a ham and bacon!!

We placed an order for a medium 2 topping pizza and spinach and feta cheesy bread and after the order took longer than expected, the wrong order was delivered. We called this location and was told there was really nothing they could do but a ‘credit’ would be applied. After speaking with Valerie on the phone we were notified the number should be tied to the account and the credit would be applied, but she wasn’t 100% certain. We’re beyond frustrated with the lack of communication and willingness to make it right, and even more frustrated that employees aren’t even sure of the policies outlined with wrong orders - considering you were hired to work at Domino’s, you should know the policies outlined for wrong orders and should be more accurate than ‘we’re not really sure’, ‘we think’, ‘there’s not much we can do’, and ‘it should be’.
