They open at 10, I called at 940 to see if I could pick up when or around the time they open. Lady stated my order wouldn't be ready till 11. When I asked if it can be done sooner, she just said no. I just needed 2 pepperoni pizzas for my son's class.

My wife and I order the 2 large pizza, parm bites,cinnamon twist, & 2 luter deal twice a week since January of this year. Each time the food and service has been tip top until tonight. We got home and there was no dipping sauces at all and we received the wrong soda. My wife called about this and we were instructed to come back in and we would have the missing items replaced. When I got there I was told that none of my items come with dipping sauce at all and being as we didn't pay for them I was going to have to pay an extra 4 dollars and change ( they pulled up the receipt and on the ticket was a typed a different soda than I had ordered) to make my order right. I did not appreciate this new manager arguing with me on what I've been ordering 8 times a month for 10 months now. I also did not appreciate treated like I was lying and trying to get freebies. I work as a manager in food service so I know how this stuff goes. If something had changed there's a way to say that. Apparently though nothing had changed except for the two new faces I had never seen before treating me as though my business there meant nothing to them. This location is perfect for me because I live across the street. Maybe I'm looking for a new pizza place.

I ordered this cheese pizza and it had no sauce and very little cheese on it. I called and was on hold for 12 minutes. Ask for the Manager he out doing something. They want to say they can do anything because it was on another shift. They don’t know who made the pizza. I would have to speak to the manager. They would not take a message. He will be back at 1:00 pm. I told they I would come to the Store. I paid for delivery and should not have to go up there to the store. This service is so sorry. I ordered online.

Very rude!! Store needs new managers and better customer service!! The manager “Cameron” and worker Jasmine are very rude and lied about their information, they hung up in my face twice and now isn’t answering my calls. They left me with the wrong order and didn’t want to give me a refund. This isn’t the first time I’ve had this issue at this store either.
