I ordered dinner for my family and I decided to pick it up. Since I was sick I chose not to enter the building so I sent my son in for me. Me thinking they check the order and Receipts and make sure the order is accurate before sending it out. Unfortunately they didn't. I got home and was missing food. Had to drive all the way back for my pizza. You would think that the manager or somebody would have given a refund because this was their mistake not mines. They did nothing about it and gave me issues when I went back. I will no longer eat from this establishment. Thanks dominoes!

Just called y'all 12 times in a row with no answer. I ordered through Uber eats & the driver claimed to have delivered my food when they haven't. Been over an hour since I placed my order as well, with no update from the store or the driver. Highly unprofessional!

Best in house delivery service in my area. 75216. The food is always made right and is hot on delivery . If mistakes are made “ It’s only happened to me once in four years.” It was made right the next day.

I would give this store 0 stars if I could. Haven’t eaten all day. I ordered pizza at 4:00. It’s damn near 8:00 and they sent the wrong driver to the wrong place. Cool. Then they sent the right driver out but refused to write down the gate code or relay the gate code to the driver 3 separate times and just said they’d driver will call when they get there. 3 separate times. I haven’t eaten all day and now I have a migraine and they’re saying they can’t even find the order in the system to initiate a refund

I ordered 40-45 minutes before closing and my order said it was being made and prepared, then it said order complete after 20ish minutes, and so I waited 15 extra minutes to get delivered but I'm not sure what was taking so long so I tried calling the store but it said the store was closed. So I wasted so much time just for them to not even make my order or even deliver it, I had to order from a different store where I had to come and pick it up because they don't deliver.

I gave one star because it wouldn't let me give ZERO. I placed a $60 order for delivery. One of the pizzas was completely wrong. They didn't include my order of chicken Alfredo and they won't answer the damn phone. This is enough to make me not go to Domino's for pizza ever again. One of the pizzas was for my mom and she doesn't eat pork. The Alfredo was for my granddaughter who doesn't eat pizza. This store has ruined my evening and I'm out of $60 plus I tipped the driver $10. Customer Service is non existent at this location and unless you have money to THROW AWAY, don't go🤬🤬🤬 You only get one chance to play with my food and NO CHANCES to play with my money🙅🏾♀️🙅🏾♀️ this store will NEVER get my business again

Na. The cashier was so unprofessional & unintentionally rude. I believe folk are just hired by "their friends" here or something. Are employees not being trained and/or left seated before put in front of customers ???? ? Also, im unsure if its just this location or Dominoes period, but they havent the Primavera Pasta or Chicken Alfredo. Was told "ion know" when asked what are my options with sauce after being told that i could still build my own. The person yelled at, i assume K is the manager, but she didnt know either.. "whatever she wanna do, if she want, marinara, alfredo.. pick one, idk" with back turned walking in back out of sight. The appearance, upkeep, cleanliness wasnt up to par either.. i politely changed my mind, bidded them a great night and exited immeeeGiately. Grow better please ?? Literally a 3min interaction!

Food was made right and came out warm, nice and tasty. The area is a bit rough if you aren't from around here, but Domino's have a magnetic locking door for everyone's safety. The employees we're working pretty hard and the store was clean. I had quit coming here but I gave it another chance and it paid off! I will definitely be ordering from here more since the other pizza place in the neighborhood has gone down hill( Little Ceasers). I love the new mac and cheese, it's delicious!
