Horrible I was told 1 hour for delivery at 6:50 I said ok then 8:00 I still had not gotten my food I called as was told driver was 15 mins away running behind then it was 9:15 I called back and the young lady that answered the food was extremely rude I asked for her manager she said it would be over an hour to speak to a manager I’m trying to remain calm as I still don’t have my food then I said is their anyone I can speak with that’s not her and she said No she was there by herself and hung up the phone. This is unacceptable as it took almost 3 hours for me to get my food that was cold then have to deal with rude customer service I was not mean to her I did not yell at her or call her out her name there was no need for her to be sooo rude I will never order from this dominos again and I order dominos almost every week

Customer Service doesn't exist here for deliveries. I just received me pizza and it was made wrong I asked for tomatosauce and they put Alfredo sauce instead then I call i get a busy tone and can't file an online complaint because they have that rigged to..smh
I ordered dinner for my family and I decided to pick it up. Since I was sick I chose not to enter the building so I sent my son in for me. Me thinking they check the order and Receipts and make sure the order is accurate before sending it out. Unfortunately they didn't. I got home and was missing food. Had to drive all the way back for my pizza. You would think that the manager or somebody would have given a refund because this was their mistake not mines. They did nothing about it and gave me issues when I went back. I will no longer eat from this establishment. Thanks dominoes!

Just called y'all 12 times in a row with no answer. I ordered through Uber eats & the driver claimed to have delivered my food when they haven't. Been over an hour since I placed my order as well, with no update from the store or the driver. Highly unprofessional!

Best in house delivery service in my area. 75216. The food is always made right and is hot on delivery . If mistakes are made “ It’s only happened to me once in four years.” It was made right the next day.
