On a visit from NYC we found this place near where we were staying and stopped in for some coffee. The donuts looked so good that we grabbed some of those too and they did not disappoint. The incredibly sweet owner even threw in some donut holes on the house. Melt in your mouthy, airy and delicious. Highly recommend!

I live 4 blocks away from this place, and came here for the first time ever (in my 25 years in the 'hood) just before closing time today, after brunching out.King Donuts is a tiny, old school donut and breakfast pastry joint with a just right selection of sweet and savory donuts, tacos, kolaches, and other miscellaneous treats. It is run by a sweet older Asian lady, in the top tier of nicest people you'll ever meet instantly. The donuts and kolaches are both outstanding and inexpensive, especially in this day of "fancy" upscale donut joints like Voodoo and Hypnotic. From now on, this place will be our local and sole provider of donut centric cuisine, no doubts or hesitation. Her stuff is excellent, and her service and kindness is just as good, if not even better.

I was charged $16 for a dozen donuts. I only got chocolate and glazed. It was the most expensive dozen donuts I ever bought. Most other places charge under $10 for the same dozen. The donuts were ok but not worth $16. I do not recommend this place. They also try and sell old pigs in the blanket from the day before. Avoid this place like the plague.

We have been coming for years. The owner is nice. It’s just today I went to pick up my paid pre-order for my child’s Halloween donuts and she gave me the donuts picture. I asked for 18 Halloween donuts and 18 glazed to be decorated. I didn’t get what I paid for. None of the donuts have orange and black together and not one glazed donut. This place is good for pickup donuts on the go, but not pre-orders. I paid $54 for dollars and only got back $18 to go and find some regular donuts at another donut shop. I had to beg for the $18, because she kept saying sorry and I could get some donuts on discount tomorrow, but I told her I needed the donuts for today only. She didn’t have any glazed donuts on hand and wanted to offer me donuts I did not need or requested. Moving forward I will find another donut shop to go to, because the owner know the order was wrong and all she could tell me it was a busy morning and to come back tomorrow to get what I ordered. That’s not good business morals and I had to beg for $18 to find 18 regular glazed donuts.

What a sweet owner. Donuts we had- maple bar, blueberry, chocolate twist, small fritter and donut holes. All good. The donut holes tasted especially fresh! Partner commented on his blueberry being tasty. I really like sausage rolls and missed having those in Washington state. Recommend! Support local y'all. Peace out!

Donuts were dry and the the kolache we're extremely dry. It seems like they are selling days old donuts and kolache and reheating it reselling it. I called to complain about this and he said I would get everything replaced.when I returned the lady questioned everything and didn't want to replace everything. So I only got a replacement of half the kolache I purchased and didn't get a refund for the dry donuts. The customer service is not the best but I won't be returning customer

Donut King is a family owned and run business that has been in the location next to Dominos for at least the 18 years I have lived in the area. The sweet older couple that used to always be there have retired, I think. I only see the older lady on the weekends sometimes. She is the reason I have always returned to this Donut Shop because she is always so kind and grateful. The younger people who run the business now must be sons/daughters or nieces/nephews and they are just as kind. And of course, the most important thing, their donuts are fantastic! I know there are good donuts to be had at other places, but these donuts are really good! From the "cake" donuts, the ones made with sour cream and the plain old glazed donuts, they are all great. My favorite are the raspberry filled ones. They have other fillings, but I always get raspberry, so I'm not sure what else they have except for Bavarian cream. They also have "pigs in a blanket" and other meat and egg type pastries. I believe their hours are 5:30am until noon. Check them out if you haven't. You won't be disappointed!
