I never like to leave negative reviews but seriously something was very off, entire shop smelled very bad and the food did also. I threw my bag away. There was a horrid stench I really don’t know, maybe some strong mold smell?

The chocolate donuts tastes like garlic, and I see people here leaving comments how nice the lady is, I had the complete opposite, I asked her a question about her donuts she just plain ignored me. I know she understands english, she was probably in a bad mood.

I’ve been going to donut palace since I was about 8, I’m 25 now. By far the BEST donut place in coppell, the staff are always super nice, kolaches juicy, and donuts fresh. Every time i have a friend come to town I get them donut palace :)

Unbelievable how fresh these donuts were. Took a dozen back to our AIRBNB...back 15 min later for 18 more!Staff were patient (thankfully, cause I was THAT GUY on the phone taking orders) and friendly from the moment I walked in.
