First time here, not sure I’ll be back. There’s a wide variety of items which is great but the atmosphere is unwelcoming. I was literally stared down and watched the entire 5 minute visit in the store, and I was wearing a CFB District shirt; clearly not a threat. However, no customer should be watched like that. Very uncomfortable. I ordered 2 kolaches with cheese, assuming I would be given the small ones but I discovered in my car they’re the huge ones. I was not asked...
They always have a good selection unlike the other donut shop just up the road. My biggest complaint is that they do not warm things up properly. The employees are not real big on customer service. They get you in they get you out.
Donut stores are pretty much on every street corner and most are exactly the same on the inside. The Donut Palace was a little bit nicer. Inside actually had a decent size area to sit down at a table. The Donut counter was well stocked with lots of tasty treats. The owners were very friendly.
