Their veggie burger is SO good (I found it very strange that they asked me what temp i wanted it cooked…sooo…i just said well done - it turned out great). Their fries are REALLY good and overall, i highly recommend dining there! I ordered my food to go, but the service was great.

Food and drinks are good, but it really is amazing how bad the service is. Two nights in a row, one bartender and one person serving the rest of the Resturant. Probably 30 people at the bar, and 30 seated. Vaibhav Sharma, who looks like the manager just walks around aimlessly, getting in the way of his already extremely understaffed staff, also noticed him complaining to his staff for being too slow while he just slows them down more. Not necessarily the servers fault, they are pretty slow but also very overwhelmed. Amount of lost revenue from this place is crazy because they just can’t get drinks or food out. Get more staff and this place would be great, right now it kind of sucks.

Great service, had breakfast at the hotel and was served the best experience by Jamal. He was super attentive and friendly. Will definitely recommend
Dallas is “iced in” currently so we walked over to restaurant inside the Renaissance Hotel last night. We were grateful that they were open during the ice storm and the restaurant was packed. Service was a bit slow understandably, but the food was actually good and the staff seemed to be enjoying the challenge of the situation and were smiling while interacting with guests. We ordered the herb half chicken, the fried chicken sandwich, and the beef sliders. All three entrees were good and we would order them again. We had the pecan pie and ice cream for dessert and would not recommend it. Overall, great experience and we will walk back over there today to dine again.

Dover’s was a reasonably priced good dinner. I didn’t feel like going out and fighting Dallas heat and traffic so I went down to Dover’s. The menu has a nice variety. I chose Thai wings for an appetizer and a steak salad for my meal. The wings were tasty. There were 8 along with carrots and celery. The steak salad was also very good. The steak was cooked medium and the lettuce was very fresh. I might be back tomorrow.

I ordered their $49 steak and it sucked! Their mashed potatoes were really good and so were the fries. My husband had a burger and wings and he said they were delicious.. so lesson learned.
