First two times I ordered from here, food was delicious and just like the picture in the menu.Went two days ago and ordered takeout for sushi. The lady taking the orders and also making the rolls was not there for at least 20 min. Since the food was so good before, I decided to wait. Unfortunately I ended up waiting about an hour outside the place and when I got home, the sushi rolls were ALL WRONG. Not even close to what I ordered. And I paid extra for extra sauces etc. Did not receive. Unfortunately I can’t take another chance on them, considering the sushi rolls I ordered were $15 each.

First of all, I know the photos aren't great. Oh well. Secondly, these were for a delivery order and I had already seen reviews about the inconsistencies with delivery. One of the photos shows how the Mexican roll is supposed to be made. All the toppings and all the sauces. It was delicious! The other photo shows how I got it today (just a day after the first one). Messy, chewy and no sauces. I ate one bite and spit it out. I tried to resolve it with the restaurant first but attempting to call, but both phone numbers I found wenr straight to voice-mail. My only option after that was to report it to DoorDash who took care of it immediately. I hate going that route, but the restaurant couldn't be reached.

Worst service i have ever experienced. I ordered delivery and entire food was messed up. First half my order was missing and second the one they managed to make tasted worst. Never eat at this place. Doesnot even deserve one star.

I have lived in Japan ?? many years, so it is hard to win the 5 stars ? unless it’s perfect and delicious, great packaging, on time delivery received my order as it looked in pictures and most importantly was fresh and delicious.
