Poor place ....I want 2 TIME There and 1st TIME They Told us not work Restroom 2nd day No Injera ...im not shur how They Tacer They are customers..But I'm Try 1 more Time..

When we went in there was really nice music playing the service was excellent when we walked in they greeted us when we ordered our food it came in REALLY fast we got are drinks the best part was the food the tibs was really good and the meat

I want to give it a try for 2nd time with in 3 years or so, went to get some meat yesterday Ethiopian Christmas, I were just there on time when they were unloading fresh meat, waited for 90 minutes unfortunately, the Bucher man was helping his friends and providing them with best service I was hoping to get the same level of service when it was my turn instead it was the opposite service I received. I asked the Bucher man what type of meat I was looking for but, he started cutting different meat I insisted this is not what I needed he refused and gave me brisket and front leg meat cut. They charge $11.00/lb. and still treat you like nothing.

Hospitality is long hours and lacks humility, the toilet is very smelly! The dirty house is completely unsanitary. It is a shameful house. Only Tigrinya music is entertaining everyone!!!

An unsanitary item sold by a rude person. It is sold wrapped in paper meat. He is a busy and disorderly person; He is choosing a person to sell, and when he sells it, he gives away meat. He is a greedy businessman who can't afford to call the customer a king. Meat is not sold wrapped in paper because it is highly exposed to germs and bacteria.

If you are not a friend of the Bucher, PLEASE DO NOT GO to this place. While You are waiting on the line for hours, the guy serves for the people he knows only, they arrive after you. This is shame, and unmodernized marketing. Customers need to be served equally and fairly.

My experience at this store was mixed. While the beef meat is excellent and worth trying, the service left much to be desired. After waiting in line for 20 minutes, we discovered that we needed to take a ticket, but the process was confusing. The ticket should have been handed out at the gate rather than at the bar. We had to visit the store three times, and each visit was marred by disorganization and poor service. I hope they improve their system to match the quality of their product.

Will never ever go back, the customer service is so bad, I had ordered over the phone and the person that answered was super rude and was not professional at all…but gave them a chance and went inside to pick up the order, its actually even worse inside..waitress very unprofessional and disrespectful plus their food was trash overall everything is bad over their wish I could rate it a 0

Terrible service while customers wait the guy that cut the meat goes out for a smoke break and he service the people he knows first while we still waiting in line. It took me 40 min to get Tire sega.. when I got home to get the tire siga blood was coming out of it which was very disappointing after waiting that long in line..
