Horrible. If you care about what you consume, DO NOT COME HERE. First time time to DD because I wanted to take advantage of Amex deal. First I noticed how filthy the parking lot was. Trash everywhere, especially in the back. I ordered a large coffee with a breakfast taco like thing and hasbrowns. The hash browns had a chemical taste, almost as if they were fried in motor oil. Next, the breakfast taco thing was disgusting. It was Inedible. One bite and a placed it back in the bag it the bag and tossed it out. When I approached the pick up window, I could see inside which was filthy as well. I will definitely be reaching out to Amex since their customers deserve way better. I gave 2 stars for service since they were happy to serve this crap. They would have recieved 5 stars had they told me to go somewhere else.
Update 12:00 a.m. - I have been violently I'll all day after eating here this a.m. I will request the city of Dallas dept of health to check it out. The sooner the better. Do not eat here.

As a black woman, to see the only black person working there with a nasty attitude is unsettling. If you didn't feel like being kind of considerate this morning..... STAY HOME. It's crazy to serve people food, esp breakfast with a TERRIBLE ATTITUDE. LOOKING JUST LIKE HIS ATTITUDE. DO BETTER AND YOU'LL RECEIVE BETTER. I empathize that we are all going through something we don't speak about but we also CHOOSE, to the have a a good attitude or not. That young man gotta go!

I love Dunkin Kolaches. They're my go-to for a delicious breakfast. However, I believe this location's oven is due for a replacement as it overcooks them, resulting in a hard crunch with every bite. Customer service is about what you would expect. Not welcoming and very robotic but also not rude.

I love Dunkin, it’s where I prefer to get my to-go coffee if I need it when I travel. But here- it really felt like I was bothering them as we ordered, very weird and awkward encounter which is almost laughable. AC temperature in the shop and the apple cider donut was nice!
(I’d also seem annoyed and bored with people if I was interrupted while eating wing stop IF I wasn’t at work) - only commenting on this because it frustrated me that the baristas were more confused about the menu items than I was. Their attitude was yucky.
Con flojera, nada de sonrisas y sin modales…??♀️ así no se llega a ningún lado amigas. Espero que les vaya mejor.
