Lately you buy coffee doesn’t matter which kind of coffee, latte, cappuccino, it’s just milk. I have them a few chances but lately coffee here it’s just milk. Horrible!!!

RUDEST ENCOUNTER WITH THE BARRISTER Sept 19 @ appr 10:20 am IN DALLAS TERMINAL E ACROSS FROM IHOP..Cashier was very good as I ordered 2 donuts and a coffee Latte. Met the worst public relations / Social unskilled barister ever. She asked me what I was waiting for and told her Latte caramel. She makes it and sets it on a side counter without calling my initials I was standing right there and she reached past me to set it down. Horrible person using up precious oxygen for kind individuals that deserve it

Ordered an apple fritter and got a little wad of fried dough with a sprinkle of cinnamon and a dash of simple sryup on it at twice the normal price. Dunkin Corp should be angry regarding such misrepresentation. Boo!

I fly out of DFW twice month on an 0600 flight and have done so for many years. Not once has the espresso machine worked at this location. Got to make one wonder if they just don't want to deal with it since they are the only place open and normally have a long line.

Review for Dunkin at Terminal B43 since it does not pop up on Google. All three of our sandwiches were cold. The egg was ice cold, so I took it back. I guess that’s what I get for not leaving a tip at a counter serve place. (I also think it’s cause the long haired cooks shift was about up so he wanted to get out of there)

Possibly the worst hash browns i'v had in my life. Soggy, soft, chewy, not crisp at all, not golden brown at all. They looked like fried in old oil and re-heated. I ate one and threw them in the trash, forgot to take a picture
Truly the worst coffee experience I’ve ever had, terrible terrible customer service and the coffee was awful. Took a sip and realized I wasted my money and just threw it away. They said they didn’t have ice and the people before us and after us got iced drinks, so they just didn’t want to make one? Seriously this place is awful, don’t waste your $

They charged me for two drinks I didn't receive. I had asked about the pricing for a drink and she rung it up twice and I got charges for both on my credit card. I also paid for the drink I received. So instead of a $3 trip it was a $13 trip for one medium iced coffee. There is no phone number so good luck getting an issue resolved. There is an email address for dufry who apparently owns this Dunkin but I haven't heard back.
