Many menu items we're not available for purchase and they don't honor the Dunkin App. Disappointing.
It took 25 minutes to get once bacon egg and cheese on a croissant. Then, when it arrived, it was like cardboard. The workers, all 7 of them seemed to be dazed and confused.
Purple before me were greeted with severe attitude when picking up their food.
If you're not happy, or willing to do a good job, why come to work?

I have been here many times. When I order coffee with whole milk no problems, when I ordered skim milk it is almost always way past expiration/spoiled.

The coffee was too hot to carry, and staff told me they did not have coffee sleeves. If I wanted another cup to protect my hands, I would have to buy it. Absolutely ridiculous policy.
Coffee took 15 minutes to get black coffee. The coffee was the most pathetic cup of coffee I have ever had. They forgot to add the coffee.

Always long line and only one slow cashier. Revenue of the people leaving the line can easily pay more than one additional employee. So simply bad management and customer focus. Also a monopoly for coffee in the terminal, that happens when there is no competition next door.

This review is for management/ownership, employees doing their best. You guys always have a line a mile long because you only employ 2 people. I saw a ton of people get out of line and go to Chick FIL A instead. That lost business would've covered another worker, possibly 2 easily. Quit being cheap. It doesn't cost that much to hire 2 more people.
Literally just go somewhere else. Odds are on the menu that THEY have up, NOTHING you order will be available to be made. Defeats the purpose of opening.

Horrible Service 8:10AM Central time 1/13/2025 more than 50 people waiting for service!! š look at the cameras for this morning!! and Iām sure everyday!! ā¦3 cashier machines and just one employee in the cashier and 3 in the back!! One is taking like 15 minutes changing a trash bag in the back⦠they seem lazy and taking their sweet time. Forever! for them to make cup of coffee!! Slow cashier also!! Put your act together!! People are very upset here!! At Morning time you should have 3 cashiers rolling and 2 employees in the back š In top of that! I purchased a āBoston CrĆØmeā donut that after 5 bites I couldnāt get to the āBoston CrĆØmeā because it was so little amount inside the donut. The donuts used to be well fill up before. Keep up the good work towards bankruptcy. Where is your district manager?!! Look at the reviews! š

This place needs to be audited by the health department. I saw so many unsanitary things happening here. They have a rag in a bucket that they use to wipe down the counters and the milk steamer. I saw her go back and forth between the two multiple times, so anything with steamed milk here also has all the stuff from the counter and the disinfectant directly in your milk.

Iāve been drinking this brand coffee for long time since I remember and today I got a washed dirty cup with a liquid they claimed was coffee, I am so disappointed that the more expensive is everything the quality donāt increase the same, donāt run a coffee and donuts place like this without the right crew. Horrible customer experience.

Most worthless Dunkin I have ever experienced. Literally out of everything that they advertise and pushing toward the customer at the point of purchase. No cold brew available, all but a couple of breakfast not available. Just walk past and find something when you leave the airport.

I recently visited the Dunkin' Donuts at Dallas Love Field Airport, and my experience was disappointing. I ordered a Nitro Cold Brew, expecting a rich, smooth, black coffee as advertised. However, what I received was a sweet, light brown drink that was far from what I ordered. Despite having nitro on tap, the attendant seemed to skip the proper serving steps, and no additional ingredients were requested, so it was surprising that the drink was not a pure Nitro Cold Brew.
The flavor was overly sweet, and it tasted more like a pre-mixed beverage rather than the bold, cold brew coffee I anticipated. If you're looking for a proper cold brew or nitro coffee experience, you won't find it in this airport. The quality control here seems to be lacking, and they did not deliver on the expectation of a true black nitro cold brew.
