Busy morning w a ton of people in line. After order placed, food came out in reasonable time, however had to wait an additional 20-25 minutes for drinks. [took over 15 minutes for them to even acknowledge there were even drink orders]. Observed 2 employees leave and not assist anyone. By time drinks arrived, food was cold and didnt look anything like pictures.

The wait was unbelievably long even though there were about 5 to 6 workers in the building and only one cashier actually helping customers, and she was rude on top of that. When I finally placed my order, they could not even make a simple coffee that was clearly listed on the menu because they said they did not have the ingredients. That makes no sense for a coffee shop.
I also had to wait 5 minutes for a microwaved sandwich that tasted burned. For something that simple, it should not take that long or come out that bad.
The food was horrible, the service was unorganized and unprofessional, and the entire experience was frustrating from start to finish.
This visit was extremely disappointing and I will not be going back there...

Can’t use gift card or online app ordering. Luckily I found that out before my flight. What’s the point of a Dunkin' if it’s not convenient for your flyers?
Dunkin’ at Love Field delivers quick service and solid basics. The coffee tasted fresh. The glazed donut had good texture. The wait time stayed short even with a busy crowd. The space felt crowded and the overall setup felt rushed. Decent stop if you want something fast.

My recent visit to this Dunkin location was pretty disappointing. I wasn’t able to pay using my Dunkin app, which defeats the whole purpose of having it in the first place. There was no “good morning” or even a simple acknowledgment — just an order number yelled out instead of providing a receipt. To top it off, the cashier seemed more focused on chatting with a coworker about weekend plans than helping customers. The cup was also leaking, which is the last thing you want when juggling luggage and trying to catch a flight. I usually look forward to my Dunkin coffee before a flight, but after this experience, I’ll definitely think twice. This felt more like a lack of professionalism than a simple off day.

not sure what’s happening here. But I ordered a medium drip coffee, dark roast and apparently she heard that I was getting a latte with milk. I waited and I waited no dark roast. Apparently they don’t even have dark roast. My husband asked for a. Coffee roll and got an apple fritter. I finally got a latte because I wasn’t going to spend 20 minutes waiting for a refund. The lady behind me said that they were going to get a bagel, but they said there were no bagels but then they were calling out bagels for people to pick up. I think there may be a communication problem here.

10 workers in the back and only 4 are doing anything. 20 people in line and the manager doesn't care that her employees aren't doing anything but playing on their phones.
The coffee was fresh and hot.
This store is run by Hudson, not Dunkin, so you cant use the app.
I paid $3.50 for a MEASLEY wrap, so small it's barely larger than a credit card! See picture for reference. When I was handed the bag, I had to check to see if it was in there. The bag literally felt empty! Don't waste your money.
As far as service, I had to ask for the donut I ordered.
I'll never spend money here again.

6/28/25: This was my first time at Dunkin'. Even though the line was long, the staff was able to get it down quickly. When I ordered, it was around 8:30am in the morning, and they were already out of a specific drink. The sandwich that I ordered was subpar for the price. The person calling out the name of the order once complete had a very soft voice, which made it difficult for customers to know when their names are being called. Also, the waste bin where the straws and napkins are stationed was pretty nasty due to overflowing, which isn't sanitary. All in all, I may stop by when in the airport again.

Maybe it's my fault...the donuts looked shiny. I never should have expected them not to be a wet mess of unhardened frosting. Then they had the audacity to charge me for 2 waters and give me one cup...a small one at that! I travel for work and this is the first Dunkin to ever charge for water. I can't comment on the donuts as I'm just hoping they harden enough I can eat before my flight. No way I could take them on with me.

Well out of every coffee advertised, ended up with latte. The doughnuts were dry and flat. The workers were hard to understand and super slow. The world's worst Dunkin donuts.

These are the worst doughnuts I’ve ever gotten at any location. They are at least a day old and very probably older than that. I don’t expect much but they were much worse than I could have imagined. Service was horrible as well. Barely spoke English but I didn’t expect much in that area. The doughnuts were a real surprise. Didn’t have coffee as advertised on the board. Just a really bad experience. Can’t believe Dunkin lets this go on.
