I rarely give 5 stars and have never given 5stars to a fast food chain… well, I have now! I am so impressed; finally a business that seems to have “figured it out”! From the menu offerings and very reasonable prices, to the lightening fast service, clean, well lit shops, convenient biz hours and really great food. Dunkin is no longer “just doughnuts”, the all day breakfast sandwiches and wraps are terrific, the bagels rival Einstein, and the coffee drinks are as good as the “siren in green” at 1/2 the $$. All that said, the truly amazing factor is that this is a fast paced fast food restaurant with HAPPY, friendly, smiling, engaged employees! Kudos! You are doing an amazing job, keep it up! Keep those peeps happy and engaged it makes a real difference. I want to leave a tip in this environment because the people have exceeded my expectations and deserve the bonus. 😊

1/10 went for a matcha latte with cookie butter syrup & cookie butter cold foam and loaded hash browns and they gave me a matcha latte with butter pecan (take in note I’m allergic to pecans) and vanilla foam and some regular hash browns. I couldn’t believe it! My medium cup was only half way full

Charity was able to help me resolve an issue that the corporate customer service was no help with over several weeks, a dozen emails, and a few phone calls. I was very appreciative of her friendly and prompt resolution.
Just walked in and had two people look right in my eyes and not say hello, good morning, welcome in or any words at all!!! Walked right out!!!

I used to really like this location, I was coming here EVERYDAY ordering the same thing iced matcha , 2 brown sugars & 4 unsweetened vanilla shots. I’m pretty sure this location went downhill with all the new hires coming in. My experience went from great customer service to HORRIBLE! The attitudes from some of these workers are extremely frustrating. I was rung up for a matcha with mocha in it ? During the time of me ordering I knew the total was wrong because I come here literally every morning and this new girl is literally giving me attitude. I even asked her hey did the price go up? It might be rung up wrong and she STILLL got it wrong. She literally said did you say you wanted mocha and I said no. Why still charge me for it ? I will NOT BE BACK

When I first started coming to this location two years ago, it was pretty consistently good. Lately though, when I’ve gone to pick up my coffee, it looks like literal sewage water. Not only that, but the past two times in particular, I could tell there was no oat milk added (which I paid for). I rarely leave bad reviews because I understand bad days happen but this has been so consistently bad lately. Will not be back.
