My experience wasn't good. The guy rushed me. I asked for no cheese, and was given cheese in my sandwich and asked for an ice coffee. Sir, is the ice in the room with us now? It was a terrible coffee. Not worth my 15$ spent here.

I came in excited to try “famous Dunkin’ Donuts” for the first time, but my experience at the drive-thru at 1:04 PM was far from pleasant. When I placed my order, the teller was rude. I didn't understand what she asked, so I repeated my order which was for the kiwi drink and as I tried to add other items… She immediately interrupted me and snapped, "Yeah, I know, I heard THAT." Whatever happened to a simple "I'm sorry" or "Excuse me, I didn't quite catch that"? I just drove off, having lost my appetite.

A while ago I went and an ugly and rude black man is asking for the donuts and coffee ☕️ and I was upset, as if I were asking him to give them to me, I don't understand because the owner doesn't do anything because they occupy people who don't want to work, he just feels bad image to the business because that is almost always alone.
Warm blueberry donut with a watermelon juice is so delicious! My customer service experience was pleasant, the young dude at the counter JJ was quick and kind
