The folks running this dunkin are SO FRIENDLY. I am in town on a work trip, popped in for my coffee. They brightened my day. Also, service was lightning fast. Visited 3/13 at 9:30am. Give these folks a raise. ?
It's disgusting when the employee is chewing on a straw when not only talking to you but making your drinks. I shouldn't have to tell another adult to remove the straw they're chewing on before making our food.

Walked in, waited 5 minutes in line. There was only lady in front of me. We were both completely ignored while the two employees served the drive through line. Walked out. There’s a reason this store is rated so low.

We showed up at 1140 on a Tuesday. The dine-in area was locked with no sign, we had to go through the drive-through, and they proceeded to get 50% of the order wrong. We paid for stale food, terrible coffee, and an attitude. I would not recommend ever giving this place a try.

It has an inside with posted hours, but it was locked. Cashier pointed out that it is a drive thru. Well, then post that your inside lobby is locked and not being used. That is false advertisement for someone that looks up the place.
