They no longer have the chocolate cream filled donuts . They are the only thing that I get from there for myself.

9/21/25 - 4:45pm. It was a good visit and experience. We ordered from both Baskin and Dunkin, two ice cream cones and two Iced coffees. The young male was in training per manager right behind him. He was friendly and smiling during our visit. Our iced coffees lacked sugar but we corrected it at home. Again, young male was in training. We will go back again!

One of the worst drive throughs I’ve ever been to. It was insanely difficult to place a simple order.

I usually don’t leave a review anywhere and I believe in giving people chances, but I had such horrible experience at this Dunkin every time, and today was the worst experience. Every time I come here employees are always talking on the phone, and getting my orders wrong such a waste of my money and I will never come back here after what I actually saw today. After getting my order through drive through. I forgot to get a cup of water so I walked inside. They were about to close @9:00pm and I got there @8:30. When I walked in I saw a floor mop on the sink at the front and I was disgusted. After coming to my car and trying my drink they still got my order wrong. I am never coming back here, please check on your employees you are losing customers.

Had the Baskin Robbins ice cream. The employee stated they only had enough of a specific flavor for one scoop. I was charged for the 3 scoops ordered, but the specific flavor wasn't even a scoop. Disappointed but it still tasted great.

Ordered a medium cappuccino on the mobile app and showed up 15 minutes later with the order not even started. Waited five minutes, order still had not been started, had to canceled order due to time constraints.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin’. The manager clearly lacks any sense of responsibility, and the employees don’t seem to care about the customers at all. If you’re an Uber Eats or DoorDash customer, prepare to be ignored — your time and order don’t matter to them. They are completely indifferent toward customers, and the whole place feels disorganized and chaotic. It’s honestly hard to tell who’s in charge or what’s going on. I won’t be coming back

Dunkin’ has always been my go-to spot, and I usually have great experiences here. Just wanted to mention something small. I ordered a medium drink recently, but it looked like I received a small cup. I was in a rush that day and didn’t notice until later.
I’m sure it was just a simple mistake, and it won’t change how much I enjoy coming here. Just wanted to share in case it helps!

I am beyond disappointed with my experience at this Baskin Robbins Franchise.

When I arrived to pick it up, I was told they had simply forgotten about my order because “the baker’s schedule didn’t align.” Excuse me? That’s not my problem—I’m a paying customer, and I should never have been told that kind of behind-the-scenes excuse.

To make matters worse, they had the nerve to suggest I could just come back another day to get the cake. The birthday was TODAY. What kind of business thinks that’s an acceptable response?

The manager? Completely useless. No apology, no urgency, no accountability .The lack of professionalism was honestly shocking. If you can’t manage basic orders or treat your customers with respect, you shouldn’t be running a business.

Now, the one bright spot in this mess was the employee working that day. She was incredibly sweet, even though the situation was clearly not her fault. She showed me how horrible the original cake looked—and let me tell you, it was embarrassing. Despite not being a baker, she scraped everything off and completely redecorated the cake with care and determination. I gave her a high five because she honestly saved the day. I’ll even attach a photo of her great work..

This franchise is a mess and needs new management immediately. The employees deserve better leadership, and customers deserve the quality and service they pay for.
