I ordered a large Vanilla Iced Cappuccino, first time ordering this drink. I didn't realize over half of it would be cold foam. Enough cold foam that the ice was breaking the laws of physics and was at the bottom of my cup. I was late for work and didn't have time for them to screw up my drink a second time. Do better.

This morning I ordered egg and cheese on a croissant and medium hot coffee with cream and sugar drive thru and I got both orders wrong . I got some kind of patty instead of egg and cheese and just black coffee. I just dumped both in thrash. They took almost 10mins and there were 2 cars Infront and they also got their orders late as well.

I ordered a cake for my 12 year old son’s birthday, that was supposed to have his face on it. I arrived to pick it up 2 hours after the pick up time. When I got there I was offered a coffee and was told to wait. I left to do some shopping while they worked on the cake. After over an hour, I was told the printer didn’t work and they could not print the picture. I was given a laminated photo which she offered to just stick on the cake🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️ after I asked for a refund she went to the back and magically the printer worked! Then came back 15 mins later saying it didn’t work and gave me a gift card for the full price. They gave me a cake with his name and happy birthday poorly written on the cake! The gift card had nothing on it!!!! This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had! The cake was stale too!!!! Stay away from these scammers!!!

Rude and orders just done very lay! No care in the world about their job. Window girl on cell phone texting while my bagel just sitting there then I get it and just a big blob of cream cheese on it. No wonder people stop going to places and they end up going out of business. I don’t care how far I go I will always go where I’m not a bother to them. Come on people care for your jobs!!

No right orders and rude customer service
The food was great! The koalache and apple fritter were super. This place is located in a high traffic area and they seemed to be short staffed so be prepared to wait. The drive-in and lobby were both backed up with delays, which is a great indicator of great food.

Had to leave because there was no blueberry munchkins. There was no munchkins at all and it was 10:20 this morning. You have a couple different breakfast rushes, just don't understand why you don't have any munchkins for the 10 o'clockers, those people who have to be to work by 11:00 a.m. .
Need work on customer service and speak to customers when they enter I would not get anything from here a rude restaurant will lose customers every time don’t care

This used to be my favorite place, now they have a so called regional manager that likes to talk down to me. The employees here are nice, just this one lady who likes to talk to you really loud and correct you, assuming you are a "Karen" when you have a problem. That's not friendly customer service ?
I never have to deal with this at other Dunkin locations so I'll just go there from now on.
The ladies serve very poorly, they should change all the staff on the first shift, there were 3 items and they only gave me 2 and they are disrespectful by telling them to correct the order

Only ordered a cold foam cold brew ; No stars are deserved. Have been trying this location since it's on my way to work for the past year SUPER slow service in the mornings but this was it today; was in line for 15 mins, went inside to pick up my mobile order, wasn't ready yet at all, waited another 10 minutes and left rushing to work without refund and nothing. Better off going to the Preston & Alpha location.
Went here to order and the girl at the drive thru was so rude, i ended up leaving. People are going to ask questions if you dont like it dont work there!

Hate to be one of these people but the service was terrible, no smiles no greet I understand if your having a bad morning but it’s your job to still smile & communicate to the guest nicely not irritated.
Didn’t get the items I wanted, asked for a refund, and was refused. I didn’t even want the substitute.
Listen, I know it’s not your fault when you are out of stock. You can’t produce what you don’t have. But when your own app allowed me to select those items anyway, and I don’t even get told you don’t have them until I’m at the window, and even then only about two of the items, I should be able to get a refund if I no longer want whatever is substituted on that item. First of all, everything in my order was wrong. Y’all didn’t have the type of donuts I asked for. You didn’t have the type of donut holes I asked for. You didn’t have eggs for the sandwich I asked for. You didn’t have the whipped cream for the coffee I asked for. The only thing that was even correct was a bagel and cream cheese and that was cold by the time you finally gave it to me. How do you not have any mangers on duty who can process a refund?. Your own app should tell me when you guys are out of stock if you don’t allow for this. Then when you tell me to go through the app, the app only offered me 500 points for an order that was completely wrong. When I said no I wanted a refund they said it could take two days before an agent even gets back to about the situation. So not only is that not even a confirmation about a refund, who knows if I would even get approved for one. Then if it was approved for a refund, I would then have to wait for that to process. And this is even IF IM OFFERED ONE.
I was at least told about the coffee at the speaker. Whatever, you don’t have whipped cream, you offer me cold foam fine. Not that big of a deal.
Then at the window, you tell me you are waiting on my food. Shortly you tell me you don’t have eggs for the sandwich. I ask for a refund and you tell me you can’t do that. This upsets me sure, but whatever.
THEN, I open the box of donut holes and THATS not what I asked for. There was no warning in this at all. When is ask about this, it’s only AFTER you tell me you don’t have that either. Then I get to work and the actual donuts is wrong as well!!! Get better training! How can you not offer a refund when I don’t want these things you substituted me and don’t even tell me! I’m told you won’t even have a manger on duty who can process this refund until Wednesday!
