I have always been pleased with your donuts.I came in the drive thru on solar eclipse day.I wanted to surprise a senior citizen neighbor who was excited about the event.I ordered a kolache, hash browns for 3 individuals and 2 Boston Cream donuts..I had previously ordered a dozen donuts for some senior friends the day before.One of the male employee suggested the Boston cream donuts. I was happy for the suggestion because the chocolate on the outside could represent the moon and the yellow cream on the inside could represent the sun.The seniors so pleased!!My complaint is about the hash browns and the kolache that were purchased in yesterday.Neither food item was appealing. The kolache was not completely cooked .The hash browns overcooked, basically burned.I happened to look in the bags where there were placed. I was so disappointed!!I bit into 1 hash brown.It was awful and oil that it was cooked it wasn’t fresh!!I threw away all of the hash browns and the kolache.I didn’t want to have my seniors endure such disgusting and unappealing food.?I shopped at another place to surprise my friends.I made an attempt to call the store.I was met with a voicemail. I left a message.I didn’t receive a call back , even at this moment.I want to reiterate the donuts are fine, but the preparation of the breakfast food items are much to be desired.

I don’t know if it’s the area, but I’ve never been charged for a water at a Dunkin’ Donuts - at any location I’ve visited. I visit DD multiple times weekly. And $1 each for a small shot of whipped cream for a dog? Comical. Fun fact: I would’ve paid for them, had there been an option to order them on the mobile app. I had already ordered and paid but left my wallet at home. Another fun fact: I pass by two Starbucks locations to come to this location to give my business to DD. I’ve received friendlier customer service at any Starbucks location across the country than I received at this location. The DD locations I frequented when I lived in Fort Worth also had top notch customer service. Above and beyond. This location missed the mark. However, I will say, my coffee is delicious, as usual. I still won’t be back to this location, though.
So many doubts on this cup. I just asked for extra milk in my coffee. I gave extra tip too anyway.

7:45 am in an effort to make you come and go at the speed of lightning at their drive thru...the food falls short. Today bread was not toasted. It looked like it was trying to get toasted but it never made it all the way. The bread, the cheese, the bacon all cold. A big disapointment.There is no consistency.
