Ordered a lg pumpkin spice signature latte, and they gave me the wrong item... I don't know what they gave me, no pumpkin tastes or coffee, tasted just like steamed milk to me... horrible service, these girls clearly don't know how to do their jobs!

Food was okay. Ordered a pumpkin spiced latte while traveling home. Tasted like they added to much milk/creamer. Didn't have a lot of taste. Got my normal sourdough sandwich and I guess they didn't have turkey sausage like other ones offer. I would look for another place for coffee while in DFW.

I love Dunkin Donuts, I used to drive 5 miles away to get my Donuts. I was so happy to see a new Dunkin opening on my area. First time I got there, they didn't have any items I asked for. I didn't mind because it was a new place and they're getting everything together and the customer service was horrible. But after that, I went there 4 times on different intervals, same thing is happening. The food is not Dunkin Donuts quality, the sandwiches look like they're made with people with no experience at all. Everything looks rushed after taking 10 mins to prepare an order. and most of all customer service is horrible. I still come here because I loves croissant and Donuts and this place is perfect place for getting my lunch. but Dunkin Donuts really needs to work on management and customer service on this place.

It’s run by a bunch of little girls who have the music blasting super loud , feels like you are inside a club ! They give you attitude when ordering and use profanity and gossip out loud … very very unprofessional, New Irving Location .

Absolutely, terrible terrible terrible terrible! The family and I woke in excitement to try the new Dunkin Donuts location in Irving! Customer services was poor! They rushed us ordering in the drive thru.. We ordered 2 iced lattes. When given the lattes we were told “we ain’t got no straws”. We also ordered 4 donuts and they TOLD us to to park around at the arrow. Which was hard to find! When our food came out. The runner only brought one bag. The runner then ran off without announcing what was in the bag, or anything… then my husband and I realized the bag only contained the sandwich we ordered and not our donuts! We ordered the sausage and egg sandwich. However, the sandwich only had egg and cheese! I think Dunkin needs to reconsider the management of this location. They don’t care about customers clearly. We didn’t receive any kind of apology or empathy for the inconvenience. Please hire more experienced and considerate management for this location. Also this was my first time visiting Dunkin sucks this was my experience! PS. We had to stop at QT and get some straws to drink our iced lattes ?

Very unprofessional...took them more than 10 minutes to get my last drink. Three of the girls where just talking in the corner not doing anything. One of the girls was actually working. Another one was making drinks with an attitude. Very bad service. Manager should know who to hire next time or have it more organized.

if i could put No stars for the new Irving location I would i went in today waiting for my iced coffee with extra Carmel. 5 min then 10 min goes by during that time I was asked twice what I am waiting for. I guess they just wanted to ask a question due to both of them just went on with other orders. finally the manager asked again said iced coffee with extra Carmel. lo and hold they are out of original blend on all 3 taps that tell you someone is not paying attention to work area. Not only did the manager fill the cup half way with foam but tried to put decaf as a substation HELLLLOOO I want the caffeine. she got upset with me and said what do i want to do i just turned around and walked out. other customer behind me heard and complained as well that i had to repeat myself serval times and that's how yall treat your customers. I'm glad i seen the manager trying to put Decaf in my cup that is crazy i bet to say I'm not the only one that she has done that to due to her not seeing the issue with it.
