Food was okay. Ordered a pumpkin spiced latte while traveling home. Tasted like they added to much milk/creamer. Didn't have a lot of taste. Got my normal sourdough sandwich and I guess they didn't have turkey sausage like other ones offer. I would look for another place for coffee while in DFW.

The woman was nice but I found a hair in my doughnut and I asked them to change it and she gave me an attitude I am having a bad experience at this airport for some reason I wish everybody would be nicer and more customer service orientated I think they understand that we cannot leave the airport therefore we somehow need them

The coffee is great and always fills the surrounding areas of the store with the wonderful scent. The smell alone is a wake up call. The store representatives are friendly and always have a smile on their faces. Opening time is 5:00 am and they close in the evening when the last flight in the vicinity has departed.
