E Bar Tex-Mex Reviews
They discriminate and apparently the owners not very bright.
The food here is always top notch! The salsa has good flavor while not being too hot. The chips are light and crisp. The tortillas are on point. The grilled onions and peppers are at the perfect level of doneness. The bean soup I add avacado to. It’s amazing. The verde sauce and sour cream sauce on the enchiladas are so good I get both. And the acoustic panels on the ceiling are essential in a brick and concrete space that is as busy as Ebar always is. Makes for a pleasant environment....read full review

E Bar Tex-Mex is a popular restaurant known for its delicious food and service. The chips and salsa/queso are a highlight, being thick, crunchy, and delicious. The lunch portions are generous, often enough for dinner, and include options for flour, corn, or mixed tortillas. The restaurant offers a variety of vegetarian options and has a good beer selection, making it a favorite among visitors to Dallas. The spicy bean soup is fantastic and flavorful, and the cilantro lime rice is full of taste, often enjoyed as an extra side. The meat served is tender and juicy, with no worries about tough or grisly pieces. Prices are reasonable, and the atmosphere is vibrant and lively, especially on Fridays. The restaurant features a TouchTunes® jukebox, and the staff provides excellent service, even throwing in free chips and salsa. The drinks are delicious, and the place is perfect for good company. Overall, E Bar Tex-Mex is a great spot that many recommend visiting.
