We tried E-bar for the first time recently and thought it was a solid tex-mex option in Dallas. Of note, this was a takeout order. We got the chips and queso, beef fajitas, and a cheese enchilada. The queso was a white queso which was delicious and also came with a great red salsa. The fajitas were good, but I have had better beef fajitas and usually like having the bone marrow butter with it. Been here a few times when I come in from out of town. Always a great time and great food.
The service is always impeccable, I have never had to wait for anything.
The food always tastes and looks fresh.
The only knock I would give this place is that it can get very loud at times, because of the acoustics. It really does not bother me too much. Just have to speak louder than normal sometimes..
All in all I def recommend this place

Place but it didn’t disappoint from start to finish. Sydney was our server and she was wonderful.
