Ordered the food and it was two sandwiches and chips. Took an hour before the food was ready. I asked if it was normal for it to take that long and they said yes. Food is good but definitely be cautious if you are trying to get your food on any kind of reasonable timeline.

Don't bother trying to order delivery from this mess of a restaurant. They did not confirm my order for over an hour and when I reached out to doordash support, neither of us could reach the restaurant over the phone. I scheduled my order 2 hours in advance so I wouldn't have to wait for delivery. Instead I got to wait 2 hours after my supposed delivery time. Either get your act together or stop doing delivery.
The staff is so nice and welcoming! The food was fresh and delicious. Restaurant environment was clean and cute. Made for the perfect lunch stop on our Dallas day. Would recommend this location to anyone!

When our son was attending SMU, this restaurant was a popular choice for lunch when visiting. My wife and I were recently in the area and I can say that now, some 10 years later, nothing has changed. The restaurant is bright and airy, creating an enjoyable environment. In rush times, it can be crowded, so be warned on that. A fast casual restaurant, you order at the counter and food is delivered. On this visit we had the Honey Grilled Chicken, which was excellent. But I can say I have never had a bad sandwich there and am also particularly fond of the Country Club Wrap, the Spring Vegie Wrap and the Turkey Bacon AVO. On this visit we also had the house made chips and the potato salad. Both good. In addition, they had a new item from any other visits we have had, a soup of the day. Today was New England Clam Chowder. It was okay, but quite frankly not much better than a high-end grocery store soup. East Hampton is just a step above other sandwich shops, and at comparable (a little higher) prices.

I've had this on my list for awhile, wondering whether or not it was just another sandwich. While it is mostly sandwiches, THE BREAD. OMG. I want to eat a loaf of it. So amazing!!! Nice customer service as well. :)

I came here Monday 10/28. I ordered online and the food wasn’t quite ready yet. While I was waiting for my food, I heard the supervisor/manager loudly berating the young man at the cash register. Then I got a notification on my phone that my order had been canceled.
I believe the young man behind the counter made a simple mistake and accidentally canceled several online orders. Instead of offering online customers to make their food, the manager began LOUDLY yelling and screaming at this poor young man.
It was completely unexpected and left me feeling horrible for that young man. I will not visit any establishment that treats their employees so horribly. I’m writing this review in the hope that the young man working at East Hampton will be treated better in the future.

best maine lobster roll 🥰yummy yummy and the service is always 10/10 they go above and beyond. one time they even rushed my order when it was packed because i was running late to work🩷🩷that lobster roll is always unforgettable
