I came here Monday 10/28. I ordered online and the food wasn’t quite ready yet. While I was waiting for my food, I heard the supervisor/manager loudly berating the young man at the cash register. Then I got a notification on my phone that my order had been canceled.
I believe the young man behind the counter made a simple mistake and accidentally canceled several online orders. Instead of offering online customers to make their food, the manager began LOUDLY yelling and screaming at this poor young man.
It was completely unexpected and left me feeling horrible for that young man. I will not visit any establishment that treats their employees so horribly. I’m writing this review in the hope that the young man working at East Hampton will be treated better in the future.

Not crazy to eat in here anymore! We went with friend ate at this place, I like it so much. I came back the 2nd time and the sandwich was cold. The manager corrected the food he told me this sandwich is a cold sandwich if you like he will make it hot. So he did. I was very happy. We came back again and order the hot sandwich. Guess what happened??? The bread was cold. I told the guy he wasn’t a manager he told me that he can make it hot. He came back, the bread was burned. It was literally black. He told me it wasn’t burn. I wasn’t happy. He told me give it back to him and he will make a new one but he wasn’t happy. He was rude and slammed the sandwich to the tray and really angry toasted to the garbage can. It was unpleasant to paying a lunch with that situation. In inside the sandwich they put the greens vegetables. I noticed that people were not looking in the middle what they put in it. My sandwich has an old veggie in it. So grossed. I said I want to talk to the manager, but he didn’t come to me and he was pretending that I wasn’t there. Although he knows I was sitting and waiting for him but he doesn’t want to have an eye contact with me. I realized that the guy who the one was helping me was telling me about what’s going on. So he doesn’t want to deal with it and just ignored me as a repeating customer. So sad. I won’t come back!

This location is my absolute favorite! Not only is the food so delicious and high quality- the food service members are the best part: kind, considerate, friendly, and go above and beyond for their customers. Patrick at the front is so dear! Jimmy and Bobby are wonderful and I am a regular customer because of this team!!

It would be best if you closed this restaurant. My fried chicken jack sandwich was extremely cold. Please don't waste your money and time with this place. Just avoid.

Ordered a wrap that doesn’t have the sauce in it, as it comes on the side. I ordered an extra sauce as well. No sauce was in the bag. I called to inform them that my wrap is sauceless so my wrap is dry having none on the side in my order. Put on hold and when the guy came back he offered no apology or solution- just that they’d make sure to put the sauce in the bag next time. Sorry, but a dry wrap without the sauce flavor is not what I ordered. Do better!

Such a cute sandwich shop with great food. We loved the cheesesteak and the Italian. The black and white cookies are incredible…you must try them! They also have great hamburgers, salads, and fresh flavored lemonades. Oh, and the sweet potato fries are also incredible

Would have been a great experience except for the way the manager at this location, Bobby, treats his employees. It was specific to one employee who has special needs and we heard it from the second we walked in. He was degrading and just plain mean the entire time we were there, even raising his voice one time. If it was that bad in front of guests, I can’t imagine when guests are not there. Disgusting.
