Hands down the best sandwich in Dallas. Live Eatzis. To bad the service is not on top at this location. The lady who made my sandwich was not keen on working or explaining anything.

Amazing sandwich!!! I’ve been a fan for many years but always thought most things were overpriced… the sandwiches are a bargain once tried! I especially loved this location. Great vibe! Outdoor seating was terrific and the selection/ options are unparalleled!!!! Do not hesitate to, go! Now!

Bidding farewell to Eatzi's after more than 20 years due to poor customer service. When I first began frequenting Eatzi's, their sandwich craftsmanship was unparalleled. The staff were exceedingly polite, friendly, and provided excellent customer service. However, as the business expanded and diversified, the quality of their customer service began to decline, including that of the managers and employees. On numerous occasions, I've observed instances where, if an attractive individual, particularly a woman, stood behind me in the sandwich or salad line, the staff would skimp on ingredients, appearing to rush their service and offering them better treatment. It's evident that the staff lack proper training in sandwich preparation and customer interaction. This deficiency extends to the managers, who fail to prioritize understanding the needs of the customers. Despite my loyalty as a customer for over 20 years, visiting 3-4 times a week, the managers have consistently disregarded my complaints. Consequently, I see no reason to continue patronizing Eatzi's."

This place was really hyped up for me so I was so excited to give it a try.. all I will say, is I am not a good cook. I enjoy going out and having the hard work done for me. That being said - I can cook better than anyone at eatzi and that is very upsetting. Won't be back.

For a place that usually does everything right the breakfast entries this morning were mostly burnt. Some management oversee on this would help.

Smells great but this place charges more and more but is so cheap with customers its insulting. Ask for jelly they give u 1 drop in a whole container.

I'll start off by saying that I love their sandwiches so this review in no way has anything to do with the quality of the food. But customer service is equally important and I have had one too many bad experiences here. The staff in the back are extremely rude. Not just one person either. I don't think I've ever had a positive experience here with a single staff person. Rude rude rude. "Management"included.

Delightful selection of tasty food in a high energy environment. I've been to several Eatzi's, and this is the best in terms of large quantities of everything. You can get food here that's not readily available elsewhere -- like ready to enjoy bone in lamb chop and miso salmon. Pricey, but tasty. The service, however, had an issue. Waited longer than necessary to get the lamb and miso salmon. Only one attendant. He looked at the several people waiting, commenting "Sorry, it's just me." Sad, when you think Eatzi's is upscale and highly successful, but that was the reality. Then when we wanted to get a quarter pound of delicious looking roast beef, nobody behind the counter came to assist. Finally, we walked around, finally found a team member, who was kind enough to come over to slice it for us. The place was very busy for Easter. Perhaps that's the reason for the inattentive service. Even so, I'm giving it four stars because of the quality of great food.

One of my favorite places ever. So cool looking! It gives me a vibe of Europe. The people there make really good food. The salad bar is by all my favorite so many options to pick from! They also have different varieties of wines. The bread is crispy and the meats are delicious!

Food is mediocre except their pastries are good. They scammed me on my sandwich and tried charging me for extra bacon price of $5 for extra onions i asked for. I called them out and they changed it.. Then realized i got a regular sized sandwich for the price of large. Told the manager and he was super passive and rude. Can't blame a guy who runs a place like this anyways.
