It was a perfect place to grab a bite of food. Didn't expect such a gourmet selection. Loved that I could sit right there and eat my meal n drink my purchased wine!
Unfortunately, you can't tell but I had stuffed salmon with crab. My 2 sides were grilled veggies n Mac n cheese. Grabbed a lemon bar that had a nice tangy bite to it! It was all perfect@

I love this place its very close to my place of work. I would love to go here everyday. I always get the fresh salad or a sandwich. I've heard every thing else is really good. One day I will order some thing for dinner.

Eatzi’s, thou art a veritable boon to weary travelers and famished souls alike!

Across a couple locations have I wandered, and ever doth this charming marketplace bestow upon me a most delightful, near-European experience. Never have I tarried long in a queue, for the fates be kind, granting me swift passage to peruse and procure such victuals as my heart desires. Their teas and coffees, a worthy respite; their sushi is exceptional, specially for an Italian place. Perchance thou findest me strange for partaking in such a dish, yet be assured, dear reader, that mine instincts did not deceive me.
And yet! Though sushi pleased me well, it was the Chicken Caesar Salad Wrap that did utterly enchant mine appetite! With bacon and croutons as my chosen adornments, each bite was a rapturous sonnet upon my tongue—satisfying, yet temptingly beckoning me back for more. Four times in but a week have I succumbed to its lettucy-siren call!

Moreover, a most wondrous discovery hath my friend and I made: wherever an Eatzi’s doth stand, there too gather the beautiful and handsome. As though beauty be drawn to beauty, and in such a haven, we find ourselves amongst the finest of company.
A hidden jewel, gleaming bright in the mundane world—Eatzi’s, thou hast won our hearts

Interesting store with many appetizing foods. I enjoyed the turkey meatloaf. It had good onions and flavors. The hot fried potato curls were delicious. I did not care for the empeñada but ate it. The foccacia bread, similar to pizza, was decent.

This place let us have a Christmas party and games in the patio, and turned on overhead heaters for us. We had a great time.

This was by far the most infuriating experience I’ve ever had! I ordered a salad with protein, and the price was quoted as $13.99—fine, I agreed. Then, I asked if I could do half and half on the protein because I didn’t want anything extra, just a simple, straightforward order. When I got to the register, they tried to charge me $21 for a $13.99 bowl. To make things worse, they slapped an extra charge on spinach that I never asked for. The lady at the register told me she could only take off the spinach charge, not the extra protein. I told her if the protein charge wasn’t removed, I’d have to leave, and she just said “okay.” So, I walked out of there, still starving, completely disgusted by the lack of professionalism and customer service. What kind of customer service is this?!! Never, ever coming back!!!!

Came here for lunch on a Tuesday last week and wow place is packed. Lot of variety of options and staff was nice despite heavy traffic inside. Would come back.

Great for salads and sandwiches. Their tea bar is a must.

Customer Service Matters

My last 2 visits I experienced staff who just didn’t seem interested in assisting. I wasn’t greeted in a store full of staff and maybe 2 customers including me, I was looking for 2 items & instead of offering any type of help the staff just stood back looking, talking amongst each other and drinking their drinks. I made eye contact with some staff just looking and when I ask for help they acted as if they didn’t want to be bothered. On my previous visit I waited on the ladies to finish their conversation while they saw me standing there waiting to order a salad. Once 1 of them was kind enough to acknowledge me and assist she basically told me to get fat free dressing. I don’t know if that was an attempt to fat shame me because I am a larger woman. But once she said it her and the lady next to her at the salad station had a smirk on their face. With that visit and this morning I’ll just choose another establishment that may appreciate my business and show some human decency to other humans.
