I have been here twice and both times the food has been amazing, cocktails perfectly strong balanced with sweet, very attentive staff, the live music was great. Portion sizes are larger than expected which is a plus and the left overs are still delicious in the air fryer. Worth the money in my opinion. Only drawback was it was freezing cold in there ?

We were celebrating my husband's birthday ? We arrived & were greeted warmly. I remember the gentleman @ the entrance. He even took pictures for us again. Forgot your name, however not his face or kindness. Approximately 5 minutes later we were taken to our table. Although there was a card & the table was decorated, it was set for 2, not 3 per reservation. Since we had to wait a few minutes for the resturant that only had two tables occupied in the main dinning room, why were the there not 3 settings for 3 people @ our table? It took 10 minutes to get a 3rd setting. Miguel was our waiter. Either he arrived late or was called in. Once he took our drink orders he seemed surprised that I ordered a lemon drop martini with Tuaca. I explained him that I had requested Tuaca per reservation as I always do & that Haley had confirmed that they had Tuaca stocked. Haley even asked if I wanted the drinks already poured on the table upon arrival. Imagine my disappointment & frustration that they didn't have it. Without asking, Miguel rushed off to get the manager. Wendy, MOD came over & apologized. Stated that they didn't have Tuaca stocked. Asked who told me they would, which I shared. She then stated they would have it the next time we dinned. This is what we were told last year. I guess this location doesn't add your requests in the notes as stated. Wendy offered to comp my first drink. MySecond request was a glass of Riesling. I perfer mine on the sweet side. It was ofcourse dry, non-sweet. Interestingly, Miguel carded me. Mind you, I'm in my 50s. I know I look of legal age.Coincidence? Compliment? Subconsciously, I noticed Miguel never carded any of his other table guests during our 2.5 hour visit. I found this to be offensive. There were no chef appetizers. This was a first. We did order appetizers, as we always do, main courses & sides. My husband had lobster bisque & our daughter had scallops. Serve was slow... Maybe they were under staffed. The experience didn't feel personalized or special. It even tool over 20 minutes to receive a grapefruit juice. When my husband mentioned to Miguel that I didn't like the wine, he just said " let me get this out of you way. I'll take it off your bill." Miguel, Wendy had already comp it, however that was not the point. You missed another customer serve opportunity. The crab cake was the best thing. The stuffed crab shrimp topping was salty. The restaurant wasn't even 1/3 full. Last year @ this location serve was amazing! Shout out to Sidney! Unfortunately, he's no longer there. It was noticeable! The Winter Garden location in Orlando is fabulous! They always have any & all requests with a team of staff per table. The Dallas location did not have this. When you're spending $$$, you expect more. I didn't want to complain, because it was a birthday celebration, however your restaurant put a damper on our special evening. We could have dinned @ Trulucks or Oceanaire and received the wow factor we were looking for with you & your restaurant. This is a management issue that needs to be corrected.Parking: Parking was free, however my husband tipped the valet.

The food was good. I had the filet. The live music in the bar area was super cool. Service was very slow. I think they were understaffed. Between the tax and several service charges plus a 20% tip, it added up to about 45% extra. 1 appetizer, 2 drinks, 1 meal = $176. One and done.Parking: There is a garage but it’s used for the gym; however my friend parked for free. Valet is “free” but you are expected to tip.

I really enjoyed this restaurant. Showed up a bit early for our reservation and got seated at the bar. Drinks were well made. Had a variety of oysters which were fresh. Highly recommend the scallops and sea bass. Sides were also really good.

Beware of this Eddie V’s in Dallas. They find every reason to upcharge and not give you the full story. Manager is not accommodating or helpful at the least. No wonder this place is always empty. Food was okay though.

Bartender Andis tend to take things to personal . When ask what I would like i order quick with a snap of finger and i replied i am ready. He then replied please don't snap as if I was snapping at him.. I wasn't sure if he heard me so again advised him I was snapping to myself bc of the fact I am always the last to order. He did not acknowledge that i apologized and that it was merely a miscommunication. I was in a place of uncomfortability to proceed with my service at the bar, and as a result i had to relocate to a table for further service. It the service was Awesome!!

We are touring the states from the UK for our two year wedding anniversary and are big foodies! Jarvis and Chasity were absolutely amazing - it was our 2 year wedding anniversary celebration and they made it such a memorable night for us - to top it off the food and drinks were absolutely amazing. I asked Jarvis to surprise me with a sweet cocktail option (which most waiters usually get wrong) but Jarvis did not miss a beat the drink was fantastic. The portions were definitely worth the price you pay and the service was warm from the moment we stepped in. I would highly recommend the sea bass, lobster mashed potatoes, the cheesy potatoes au gratin and the New York strip. Everything was cooked to absolute perfection!! Highly recommend ! As it was our anniversary we were treated to a special treat to top it all off.

Top notch service, delicious food, an extremely accommodating to dietary restrictions. Stephen was the best waiter and took care of our group above and beyond. Kind and attentive to details. Would recommend anyone to book an event here!Vegetarian options: Ask waiter/chef for vegan options, we got tofu and grilled veggies and it was great!Dietary restrictions: Ask waiter/chef for vegan options, we got tofu and grilled veggies and it was great!

The lobster tacos were amazing. Nice wine selection. Our waitress made great food and wine pairing recommendations. The service, food and atmosphere make Eddie V's a great place to celebrate a special occasion or treat yourself to some high quality seafood. I'd highly recommend.

Took my husband here for his birthday and we where very disappointed. The food was mediocre at best. The service was crazy slow! It took over 20 minutes each time for a regular drink. Not to mention the restaurant was not even close to busy. They Brought my sisters salad out over a hour later. Our server was amazing however they had her all over the place! Poor girl. The lobster tacos where great and lobster mashed potatoes. The Brussel sprouts where nasty, their Brussels sprouts stop doing so much to them. The truffle Mac and cheese no one at the table liked. The crab rice was good. The shrimp stuffed with crab was not good and you only get 4. My husband didn’t like his bone in rib eye steak said salt grass was way better. Overall this place is very over rated. We will not be back.
