I'm born in raised in Dallas and love this place as kid growing up, a lot has changed but the food is still great to have when you really want some fresh 'hot' Chinese food ready to order, they don't have the old fashioned hamburgers any longer, but everything is still awesome! Wish they would open the lobby again, but only time can tell... I forgot to mention, they do have dine in patio outside, really chillaxin.. Love you guys, keep up the good work and I'll see you soon!Parking: Plenty of parking, close to 'downtown' elm deep ellumKid-friendliness: If you're kids love Chinese food, then they'll love spot.. attractions to see, walk.. 7-11 near by, the tx State FairWheelchair accessibility: Plenty of parking, and wheelchair accessibly there. No problem!!!

I had takeout, it's a solid place. The food is tasty, portions are great, and the service is quick. They might get your order wrong, but it will be close enough. Theis crab rangoon's are so delish.Parking: It's a drive thru. You can park on the side while you wait for your food.

TAKE OUT ONLY! I used to order the shrimp fried rice with 2 shrimp rolls but even a regular is too large of a portion for me and it’s not on the daily happy hour menu. I started ordering from the happy hour menu and I’ve had shrimp with broccoli and beef with broccoli. Comes with a beef egg roll and rice - I made the mistake of getting fried rice without asking any questions and it was literally fried rice without veggies- now I get steamed rice. My partner always gets General Tso Chivken happy hour special which he loves.

The dining room is closed. The fried rice is really just soy sauce rice. Certainly not worth the price.

Worst egg foo young I have ever had in my life, worst fried rice I’ve ever had in my life 17.00 and not going to touch another bite. The people that work here need to travel to Rockford IL and go to wong Wong so they can see how it’s done. I’m so flabbergasted.

I won't go back here again, I make it all the way home sit down to enjoy my food and it taste like trash. Now I have to order food again from somewhere else. Waste of time and money. And I'm really questioning this meat, it's either old, a terrible recipe or something else besides chicken.

Food was disgusting - this is the third time I’ve been and before it was pretty ok. Not sure what was going on today..the rice was old, the chicken tasted freezer burnt, my hot oil sauce was black, and the egg roll was a little too crunchy - not sure what I was eating. Overall - horrible!

For what I paid for my meal at this place, you could literally eat at any Chinese restaurant you want, and it wasn’t good at all by the way, if you could make it to Pei Wei or Panda Express you better off going because it’s over prices for some mid food and my dog wouldn’t even eat it.

The food is good but they have shortened the portions and raised the prices on everything and the portions do not match the price. It smells very bad around the restaurant as if there's a septic backup. And the restaurant is cold and not very welcoming.Vegetarian options: There's a few options and the flavors are nice.Dietary restrictions: If you have high restrictions do not eat here! They will not accommodate your health restrictions as they're too busy to modify.

Few things have changed but I will always love Egg Roll Hut. She’s apart of my childhood, as the first time I have been there was when I was 3. And have been many times since & I’m 18 now. I’m so glad my parents have good taste. I always order the same thing, a large combination fried rice?

The food was super fresh, order was ready quickly. They forgot my sweet and sour sauce but I live nearby so it was no big deal. And holy cow am I glad I went back for it. That’s got to be some of the best sweet and sour sauce I’ve ever had. Bbq pork fried rice and lo mein was great! The orange chicken was a little bready but still great big chunks of chicken and the sauce was great. I am happy to have this as my nearby Chinese takeout place, they hit the mark.

Drive Thru only so no atmosphere. Also leaving poses a serious collision hazard as you can’t see around the bush until you’re in traffic that’s flying around the curve at 50
