I am a frequent flyer and have visited this Einstein location numerous times with no prior issues. This visit was the very first time I’ve ever experienced such hostility and disrespect by the manager Crystal. I’ve asked for the number of a higher up and she said she was the higher up. It baffles me to know that someone so incompetent and disrespectful can run a store like this.Not only did I witness her yelling at her staff, which is completely unnecessary and unprofessional, but she resorted to informing everyone who was ordering that she was unhappy. I’ve never witnessed such rude customer service in my life. If this is who is running this store, I will never visit this location again. This experience left me shocked. My hunger completely went away after this visit and left on my flight without anything thanks to Crystal.

At DFW Dallas airport - this is what I got as 'cream cheese' with the tostedeverything bagel I ordered. Not happy with the quantity.. far far away from the usual quantity we get everywhere else. Had to pay more to get enough cream cheese.

If you eaten at Einstein outside of the airport don’t expect the same great taste here. Guys behind the counter working hard, but not as good of food for twice the price.

Super slow service, they toast the bagels 10 at a time, and the last making the bagels was touching her clothes with her gloves on and went right back to making her food. Talk about a safety hazard! If you like your food clean and served in a timely manner avoid this place.

Egg sandwich. Egg was almost frozen. I asked for toasted bagle, and it was room temperature at best. Don't bother stopping here. Asked for ketchup and was told 7 eleven has it.

Nope. First of all, tastes like day old bread. Second, there is literally half an ounce of whipped cream cheese, if that. It's cream cheese, not butter. Unfortunately, couldn't choke down a out the last third of my bagel and had to toss. I wonder if they are just using the Einstein name?

The girl working the register on 8/10/2023 at 10:20am was extremely rude and couldn’t explain a Shmear without a condescending rude tone. She was rushing everyone in line with their order and not friendly or inviting at all. Last time through I had better service. I’d get rid of her and her attitude she has.

They charge full price and only give you enough cream cheese for half of the bagel. When I asked for more, the employee told me that I'd have to wait in the long line again and pay $1.25 for again... one tablespoon of cream cheese. Will not eat here again

Great fast service. Machines are always down for hot chocolate. Very sad for that, but I guess thata typical at every airport.

Are you kidding me Einstein Bros?? You expect less than an ounce of cream cheese is the appropriate amount for a full size bagel? I could barely cover half the bagel, and certainly not enough to sandwich it. So now I’m left with half of a disappointing bagel and nothing to put on it. You should be ashamed.

The staff is incompetent. Ordered three bagels; a turkey cheese bagel, a bacon cheese bagel, and a bagel with cream cheese. What we got was two egg cheese bagels and no cream cheese. Einstein bros need to up their hiring standards.

Had a few minutes before my flight. I tried to walk by Einstein Bros but the smell beckoned me. The gal taking the order was nice and smiley. Got my food pretty quickly at 11am on a Saturday. It was good, as expected. I love their everything bagels.
