No complaints, My food was delicious all of their bagels You cannot go wrong with. My personal favorite are the honey wheat and multigrain bagels. I come here every Monday grab a bakers dozen and freeze the bagels to last me for the whole week. That’s how good they are. Also, my favorite is the hazelnut coffee. This is a real treasure to have around.

Incredible food, incredible service, an extraordinary customer care!

A huge shout out to Marley for having to clean up after my big spill on the counter; she wasted no time, didn’t pass any judgment – although she had every right to do so, and was gracious…while excusing my error.

This character is not found commonly in the workplace today; sad, but true!

I tipped my hat to you, Marley; it’s people like you that make me want to continue to order from this restaurant!

Kinda of mixed bag. Not my usual Einsteins but first they had some type of bday get together so it seemed like they were short staffed and little chaotic...despite only one other customer in line. I ordered a lunch ham and Swiss with avocado on a garlic bagel, a cinnamon roll and an extra plain bagel with strawberry cream cheese. I used the points for the sweet but somehow it still charged. It was later on fixed. But I had to wait a little longer cause the avocado was frozen and not available. Lastly, I got home and the bagel was on a sesame bagel sandwich and not garlic and my extra cream cheese bagel wasnt strawberry cream cheese.

The salmon bagel sandwich was disappointingly small. The salmon piece was also very small. We bought the same sandwich in a different location and it was way bigger. Please train and supervise your staff, so, they don’t cheap out on customer meals.

Bad service staff on last/final visit to this location! Ordered online dozen and when I came in - was told that I’d have to pay$5.50 each for cream cheese when it normally comes with! Said I couldn’t change and nothing I could do - so left without order. Asked if they were sure they couldn’t fix it and was told no. No after followup!

Food is great, bagels always fresh and the inside was clean. It's a great experience when they get your orders right, and don't run out of the popular bagels.

Horrible service at this location and will not be back! Ordered bagels online (dozen) for the first time - forgot to add the cream cheese. Wanted to charge another $10 for 2 cream cheeses with NO other options! Just left them there and the manager was no help and just claimed they could not fix!

Horrible service and will never go in that store again. Ordered online for the first time and it was for a dozen bagels that i normally walk in to get with cream cheese. Evidently, I didnt add cream cheese and they wanted to charge me another $10 for those! No options to make it right or correct it and i gave several chances to do so! With the manager saying that is the way i ordered - I just left the order there and will dispute any charges. Just terrible customer service and hopefully other locations are better!

They put wrong coffee in pot. My order was completely wrong acted like they were high.

A person in front of me took my sandwich. I went back and told the personnel that I got the wrong sandwich and explain the situation and the lady in charge got all crazy and screaming at me then I told her that I just want my sandwich and then she making a scene at the end making me look like I was the one making this scene.

This Einsteins has gone downhill since I frequented it in highschool. I went about 2 weeks ago and ordered four bagels (2 with and 2 without shmear). The amount of shmear they put on is laughable at most, it basically only covers the hole in the middle of the bagel.

Thinking that this was a one off incident, I went back this morning. Two bagels, one everything with plain shmear, one plain with strawberry shmear. I wait ten minutes for two bagels- only 3 other people at the store. Assuming they burnt the first one while trying to heat it. I walk out of the store and when I get home to open the bag I see one plain bagel with plain shmear and one everything with no shmear at all. If they can’t even make a simple bagel order, I’m not going to waste my time to drive here.

Management better get on top of double checking orders. I see a lot of other reviews about shmear amount - don’t charge me 2$ for a spoonful of shmear. Sad.
