On the morning of March 11, 2024, I placed an order on DoorDash requesting a plain bagel with one egg, applewood bacon, and American cheese. Since there is no option to select "American cheese" on DoorDash, I called the store to request if they could put American Cheese on my bagel instead of cheddar because I don't eat cheddar cheese. I called the store at 8:49 AM. The first team member that I spoke to told me no, so I then spoke with a team member by the name of Letecia. Letecia began to argue with me and tell me that it would cost money to remake the bagel and that they would have to throw the first bagel in the trash. I expressed that it couldn't possibly be that much of a hassle, but she kept arguing with me shortly before hanging up in my face and saying that they would honor my request in remaking the bagel.

My friend and I group ordered from this Einstein Bros via DoorDash.Simple order: just 4 bagels (2 everything, 2 cheesy) with shmear and a twice-baked hash brownFirst delivery? A jalapeño cheddar bagel and a smushed hash brown.Got it redecorated, and got 1 cheesy bagel with shmear, 2 everything bagel egg sandwiches, and 1 unidentified bagel egg sandwich. And no hash brown.The employees may be nice in person, I don’t know; what I do know is that they don’t bother to read their orders even a little bit and absolutely no one is checking the orders before they go out.In sum, we spent 2 hours trying to get breakfast and wound up with less than half of what we ordered. At this point, it’s almost lunch time and I’ve given up on this location entirely.

Five stars all the way go to the shift leads of this restaurant. Bald guy with tattoos and shorter one with reddish hair know how to run a shift. I’ve come there recently and these two are exceptionally really well and know how to communicate with their team to make sure their restaurant stays afloat. Their GM on the other hand left a bitter taste in my mouth how she talks to some people especially the older generation. On the other hand these other two are great employees and can run a restaurant into a five star establishment.Vegetarian options: Egg white sandwiches or any kind of sandwich can be made vegetarian. They even have almond milk if you want that for your coffee.Dietary restrictions: If you are lactose intolerant they will substitute your latte with almond milk instead of dairy milk or if you don’t care for bacon on a sandwich they can substitute it with turkey sausage.Parking: There’s plenty of parking on the side of the restaurant as well as ample parking in front of the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: Kids can enjoy breakfast with their families.Wheelchair accessibility: There’s a flat surface you can roll your wheelchair up on outside of the restaurant as well as a side door to use in case of mobility needs.
I am not upset by kids being brought to work because the parent had no choice too, but letting them run around the restaurant climbing on tables, making messes, nearly running into a patron, I would recommend the employee at least discipline them. I love kids, but dont want to have sit around and worry if Im going to watch one hurt themselves when they’re crawling on top of table at the front of the store fall and bust their head open.

Just tried to go there, says closes at 2:00 on Sunday's the doors where locked at 1:45. There was a white gentleman who knocked on the door and he was let in. When I immediately approached someone inside just made sure the door where locked. I am person on color. May there was something to this or maybe not,it was not a good look.
