The worst $7 capucchino I had in my life. Don’t buy coffee here. Bagels are good.

Well, it's tough when it isn't open at 5:30 am in Terminal E. Was looking forward to it this morning before my flight. Such a bummer.

Sandwich was made on a different bagel than advertised on menu. Out of any cream, half & half or milk but forgot to mention it till after I had paid and waited around for my drink

They straight up, dropped a sandwich in front of me, put it back on the tray and then turned around and looked at me and then sat it on the counter. Proceeded to get a new one out of the refrigerator and then the manager said oh it’s still wrapped don’t worry just put it back in the refrigerator.

Thankfully the chicken was sparce on my Spicy Chicken Sandwich because it was the consistency of rubber. Please improve your chicken quality. It's my fault because I didn't bring something from home however.

Waited over 20 minutes for a bagel sandwich and the bagel was not correct. They need to work on efficiency and accuracy. I only had 10 mins to board my plane by the time they finally called my order out. The bagel sandwich itself was hot but seemed almost microwaved because it was hard to chew.

The food was okay - it's airport food. Giving one star because the staff was incredibly rude when I walked back to the counter to let them know they had left off an ingredient from my sandwich. I asked politely if they could give it to me on the side. I wouldn't have noticed there was something missing, but the bagel had NO flavor without it. They reluctantly gave me the missing ingredient after questioning me and telling me I just didn't taste it. It was definitely not on my original bagel. This is really a minor encounter, but yes they were pretty rude over an error they made.

Excluding the fact that you pay so much more at the airport, the service was great and the food/drink were perfect. The attendee/cashier Tiffany was delightful and even shared her go to egg sandwich as a recommendation (which I took her up on).

Bagel is stale. The coffee wasn’t made to my requested specifications. When a simple bagel and coffee cost $15, you hope it’s at least what you pay for

If you're at the DFW airport, save your money for a different breakfast spot. As a fan of Einstein Bagels in general, this was a disappointment. Stale/hard Bagels. Order was made wrong. The cashier, Kaywan, was one of the rudest, unprofessional people I have ever met. He would mumble and speak so soft many of us in line would have to ask him to clarify and then he would get mad at us for not understanding what he was saying. Service was slow and they didn't add the flavoring to the coffee even though we paid extra for it. Ended up throwing the other half of my bagel away because it was as tough as biting into an overcooked steak.

Completely horrible service. First, a lady (manager) named Diamond looked pissed off. Very unfriendly. I ordered an iced latte after she makes it. I asked for sugar and she says they’re out of sugar. I asked for a refund and she’s not smart enough to know how to give me a refund and tells me her hands are tied. “I don’t know how to do that”. And she calls over the other Mail worker and he has no idea what’s going on nor can he offer me a refund either. So no refund and a drink that tasted horrible. Nice work!
