VERY RUDE!! We placed an online order well before the posted hours. At 8:45 we showed up to pick up our food but the door was locked.We knocked letting them know we had placed an online order and were just picking it up. The lady in the restaurant said we were LYING and shrug it all off and said “no es mi problema” not my problem.When asked what we’re suppose to do they all shrugged their shoulders like they didn’t care. Finally one of the workers pulled their app up and saw our order and then suddenly the app told us our order was refunded.They could have easily avoided the issue since they knew exactly what do do, but clearly they don’t care and just wanted to shrug it off and have us go through the process of disputing the order, probably hoping we’d never request the refund.Also this could have been avoided if they closed 9pm like advertised and not 8:30pm

I accidentally discovered one of the best tortas in Dallas and definitely my favorite. I was craving a torta de milanesa and instead of chicken or beef, la cachetona had both, with very fresh and high quality ingredients. The meat was juicy, tender and very flavorful, they include fries with every torta and the portions are huge, I could only eat half of my torta. I 100% recommend and will be back.

i was dropping off a friend at proesis n saw this place. i went in not expecting much, but it was really good. i got 1 pastor and 1 barbacoa tacos. the tortillas were white corn, soft n tasty. the meats were tasty n fresh.

A hidden treasure that anyone who has ever interested in eating fantastic Mexican food and especially some authentic Mexican foods should go check it out!!! Best barbacoa tacos I've ever eaten... The cook Christian takes extra Care in every single plate he prepares. I have really found a treasure here and I can't tell enough people about it if I could give 10 Stars ( it is also so clean)
