CRO Catering is incredible! Michelle Czaus and her team were the perfect examples of professionalism, organization, and customer service for our wedding this past month. The food was wonderful & the staff was kind & very accommodating. As this was my first time planning a wedding, I had tons of questions & concerns, as well as some pretty specific requests regarding the table settings & design. Michelle and her team made sure to go above & beyond to accommodate all of those requests. Could not recommend working with them enough. It was such a dream!

I have used CRO to cater several events over the last 14+ years and have never been disappointed. The food is always a hit and the servers and bartenders are first class...they have everything covered so you can actually enjoy the party.

We have been regular customers at the Highland Village Texas El Chico for fifteen years and my son who is a teenager has always ordered off the kids menu, this is because he orders a big bowl of Queso and can't eat a full meal and queso. We were told today that ElChico no longer allows it even for senior citizens. The management has changed at this location and the service has gone down hill even before the recent policy change. After questioning the change we were unable to get our waiters attention for chip and water refills then had to ask for our check. Sad that it has changed so much and not for the good.

CRO did an incredible job catering our wedding. We wanted to hire all small business owners for our wedding vendors and CRO was amazing! We chose them because they were on the Dallas Arboretum's approved catering list. We later found out that CRO owns Cantina Laredo - one of our favorite spots. We did the steak and chicken fajitas buffet style which was delicious. We also had a margarita machine, which our guests loved! Especially the blue salt. Dawn Falcones was our events manager and she did a great job with helping us decide on a menu and ensuring that everything was perfect for our wedding day!

Going to miss this hell Chico, always good food, good prices, the people that work there were pretty much friendly all the time with very few exceptions. The management was always on top of their game, it sucks this location closed! Their corporate office must have had a bad day or their heads are up their asses
Consolidated Restaurant Operations, (CRO) is based out of Dallas TX just north of 635 on highway 35 on a side street called Stemmons Freeway. It is roughly ten to fifteen miles northwest of downtown Dallas. CRO is the parent company of some stellar restaurants and I can't believe no one on Yelp has not reviewed them yet. The restaurants under them are Black Oak Grill, Silver Fox, III Forks, Lucky's, El Chico, Cool Rivers, Cantina Laredo, Good Eats and they have a cater division as well! Holy smokes, they must be doing something right with so many fun restaurants in some great locations! For me, I have only tried six of their eight divisions and certainly not all of their locations yet. They have 91 full-service and 24 franchise restaurants in over 15 states, the UK, and some other foreign locations. The restaurant flavors range from home style, Mexican, steak, seafood with some top notch customer service mixed in to them! Their catering offers a number of fun options and can work with you. Check out their website at www.CROinc.com. Their rental of a margarita machine looks pretty darn cool, especially here in the Dallas area when it's so darn hot, that should really sell! On the catering, they can deliver or they can set up the events with folks to help out! Sounds like potential of a great time to me! They state that they employ over 5,500 full and part time employees! That my friend is pretty darn cool with the chains that I have been to, it seems like they know what they are doing! CRO, what ever you're doing, keep it up! It seems to be working for you and to still keep your employees happy, now that is a great trick!
