Restaurant is empty, wait staff is RUDE and doesn’t speak English even semi fluently, and made me feel bad for not understanding Spanish. FOUR EMPLOYEES BEHIND THE REGISTER, ALL SPEAKING JOKINGLY AND COMPLETELY IGNORING ALL OF THE CUSTOMERS. Restaurant smelled like old dish rags…or worse.

Omg I fail in love with the food , and the family that runs it! I ordered the menudo today before I went to work at AutoZone. Omg it took me back to my Tia Sylvia’s menudo! I had a big frog in my throat! I score this business a 10! Thank you El Globo staff for bringing back a memory that meant so much to my family.

Very poor service at 216 night club by a male bartender very rude been there many times always get female bartenders and decided to try the other side and got a rude bartender and try to get us kicked out and demanded tip but yet forgot my drink order twice and lost my card got mad for getting a dollar tip . Rude very rude having a drunk bartender serving people while taking shots while at work . Y’all should be flagged from having a bartender drunk serving customers ! Even security knew he was wrong and didn’t kick me out ! Not professional at all n he has 0 customer service and shouldn’t be working if he’s drinking and taking shots while at work. Have video of him being rude demanding tip

We ordered a beef broth to take away and they gave us only one piece of meat, other times they give you two or three pieces of meat. The lady who served us did not have very good manners.

They charge a 20% tip we all paid separate and they all charged us so much for 2 plates of enchiladas and 2 drinks they charged us $54 when it shouldve been no more than $34 its absurd

Be careful with this place use cash only, it turns into Bar/Club at night; look and keep your receipt there’s a 20% tip already included and still has an additional tip option to trick you.. bartenders steal by tipping themselves extra on top of the build in tip…bought 3 drinks and they had $6 tip built in to the total, it’s ridiculous..never again.
