The waitress was extremely friendly and was always smiling. I ordered huevos rancheros they tried their best I believe. The eggs were way too smothered in the salsa and the flour tortillas were not great they tasted old. But I believe they worked with what they had based on how they looked and the plate. Needs to be remodeled and better quality on the food and it’ll be great. But the place gets a STAR badge for effort!
I arrived at 6:40 AM. Our trusted Google maps info matched the hours on the door Open: 6:30, yet the door was locked. A gentleman looked up from the Kitchen as if to say oops, time got away from me. He quickly made his way to the door and opened with a friendly Ola. He quickly went to the back to pour me a cup of coffee while the other person I'll call "Kitchen Lady" and I looked over the menu. She says if I order the breakfast burritos I'll need 3 or 4 due...

We get the chorizo/ egg/potato & cheese. Four times now, always consistently SO SO SO good! ((We’ve tried alotttt of breakfast tacos for perspective lol))
