Excellent wonderful customer service here I visited September 22nd 2025,,, the drive-thru lady was very nice, informative, and so kind,,,, she gave me that southern hospitality vibe that I really haven't seen in a while....One of Dallas most convenient locations, this is definitely a excellent choice. I would like to point out, I like how the crunchy tacos meat was chosen well,,, there weren't any gristle or bone pieces fragments,,, these ladies and gentlemen work very hard at their job as it's not just dropping items in a fryer,,,, the freshness in the food reflects the love and care in the staff and the establishment. Thank you again for another wonderful experience. The ava tacos are sooooo good and the avocado đ„ was very fresh and perfectly ripe.

I have a hard time giving a negative review because the food was good and the service friendly but I did get the wrong quesadilla and taco I ordered and the side chips of the comb I got was left out. Everything was right on the screen when ordering so I didn't check before leaving.

Me and my wife are deaf and I came to the restaurant for the first time also new to the area, but the cashier crystal took care of us the entire time my wife did some texting for our order the cashier politely handed for our phone and completed our orders through our ONLY COMMUNICATION at that moment. Food is totally awesome we both want to say thank you! We were also serve as while! Great Experience!!

One of my favorite fast food spots but unfortunately this location canât get any orders correct. If youâre driving thru, check every item you ordered in your bag before driving off. Weâve had issues with every order. If you order via Uber Eats, call the restaurant and micromanage your order (trust me, even if your order didnât have any special modifications youâll need to do this). Ordered a salad? Make sure they put dressing in the bag. Ordered a soda? Make sure they know you want ice in it. Ordered flour tortillas? Make sure they didnât put corn. Something will always be off.

I have visited several el pollo locos over the last 20 years, but this was a first! This place had live roaches in the dining area and the floor behind the counter had food on the ground. Several employees on their phones holding the walls up, couldn't be bothered to sweep up the roach or the food on the floor. Several of the toppings were spoiled. Strongly advise choosing another location.

Great Fast Casual Option, Burritos are the BEST!!! Grilled Chicken is fresh and all the sides are made in house as well. Salsa Verde is delicious. Excellent value at the price point.
