Great Fast Casual Option, Burritos are the BEST!!! Grilled Chicken is fresh and all the sides are made in house as well. Salsa Verde is delicious. Excellent value at the price point.

I am Honduran. And when you live in Monterrey Nuevo León. It was my favorite chicken. But this was the worst experience I ever had. I ordered 12 pieces and it looked like roasted birds. I was disappointed. Too much. The only good thing was the sauces. Crazy Chicken. I do not recommend it. It's better. Royal chicken. and free range chicken

I been in many pollo locos and well this was great food everything fresh. Just the customer service needs more work there was no customer connection and well lobby was very dirty soda drink area dirty, lobby dirty( floors, table and the glass door was very dirty as well by finger prints everywhere.
