Not naming names but one of the cashiers that works the front is probably the slowest person I have ever encountered! I Don't even know how they have a job at this location still after months , takes 5 minutes just to throw some spoons in the to go bag and you will need to repeat your order over and over again at the register. I'm not even sure how this person made it through life at this point.

Food is usually ok sometimes spicy chicken for no reason...

I love el pollo loco being from California went all the time ! when I first seen one here I almost broke my neck !U turn ! always a treat I see menu has changed but I still love it !!!

Stop going to Chipotle. I recently started eating here. The quality of the chicken and ingredients seem better and the burritos aren't filled with just fillers like rice and beans.
