RGM is an amazing grocery store. It has everything you need from fresh produce , great meat selections, friendly staff, and overall clean and kept up well!

Hello, I came to this store location to purchase some bottom round steak (a common cut) and once I arrived home, upon opening the meat, I noticed a strong foul odor with some noticeable discoloration in some areas. I immediately disposed of the meat and returned to the store location with my receipt to complain, and was met with strong disbelief from the manager (Victoria Enriquez) and staff that the meat was rotten or even purchased at that location. The staff refused to make any effort to resolve the issue or provide any sort of refund. Upon returning, I also once again, noticed the same odor from the meat section of this location. The store’s website does not have a support section so I have resorted to this, I would urge anyone to not purchase meat from this location.

Dropping from 4 stars to 2, the cured meat and cheese selection does not exist here. All pre packaged goods seem to be 2nd rate, defects, old, sodas glued into the boxes... Seriously.

I don't get hassled about bringing in my own reusable bags anymore so that's a positive. The store itself is clean and everyone is friendly.
One thing that annoys me is that when you scan produce it freaks out and requires an employee to fix it. This is for literally any produce you scan and has been happening since the day they opened. Just fix it already! If every other grocery store has it figured out you can do it too.
Unfortunately outside the store, the surrounding area is disgusting and filthy. It often bleeds over into the parking lot. People just dump their car trash into the parking lot and leave their carts everywhere. You should add additional security to stop people from being so damn disgusting and inconsiderate.
If I wanted Walmart levels of filth, I'd go to Walmart. You can do better.
