I’m impressed. The pork done this way has to be used that night. It can’t be stored. This is a lot so they must do slot of business which means it’s good food. I leaned this from time at Taco bars in Mexico City.
The order or 4 grilled tacos is a great selection cause tacos are really good, the flavor, the size, the amount and specially the cost. You even have a space for the dessert, I order a flan and OMG one of the best I tried, in my very personal taste.
