We stopped in here to eat after the Margarita Festival. The food was so yummy. So many things to choose from. I honestly can’t wait to go back. The customer service was so awesome. It was our first time in there and he did and awesome job at explaining things to us. Definitely found me a new spot to go to.

My best friend (Arissa) and I (Joy) are food and travel bloggers. Arissa loves this place and raved about it. Joy was so excited to try it and we decided to post about it on our blog. We were met with hostility when ordering. The cashier was not appraochable and we had to ask her for every detail versus her telling us about the menu. Then she mumbled something under her breath. I told her it was my first time and that's why I had so many questions, but it seemed as if she had an attitude. She rebuttled with she doesn't have a bad attitude and is having a bad day. She further said her friend had just passed. I responded that there is no excuse for unprofessionalism and I am sure your manager would not be pleased with this behavior. She shouted, "I am the manager". We then politely asked for the refund and a receipt of showing said refund. She said she couldn't print out a reciept. So I asked her to sign showing the refund on the receipt. She hesitated to do that as well. She scribbled something and just wrote refund. I am highly disappointed and my best friend (who WAS a regular here) has decided to stop patronizing this establishment due to the horrible treatment we received. She is the first impression that customers receive and she honestly left a bad taste in our mouths. Of course she didn't give us her name but she is Hispanic-American with a tatoo sleeve on her left arm. She has black hair and wore it in a braided ponytail with a bang. She looks to be about 150 to 160 lbs give or take. Just so you know, we will be notifying our followers of this incident.
