If I could give Elena 10 stars, I would! Not only does Elena make the most delicious cakes I have ever had, but her attention to detail to ensure we loved our wedding cake far exceed my expectations. From the moment we met, she listened to exactly what we wanted and she captured the taste, style, look, and elegance our wedding cake called for. Additionally, Elena made the most scrumptious Bailey’s chocolate birthday cake for my dad — at my wedding we celebrated my dad’s 75th birthday and the cake totally took him by surprise (in the BEST way)! If I have the opportunity, I would definitely work with Elena again!
