Went to Elephant East for my birthday and they made it an unforgettable experience. The service was great. They had a birthday card for me on the table when we arrived and were very attentive. I had the drunken noodles and bang bang shrimp and both were delicious. The decor was beautiful. I will definitely be back and highly recommend, especially for a special occasion.

This place gave me the worst food poisoning that I ever experienced in my life. I ordered the fried rice, the next morning I was in the ER. They probably have 0 good health regulations. Wouldn’t recommend.

The food was great, but the service was even better! Fleet provided the best service & was incredibly knowledgeable about everything on the menu. Cindy was super kind & provided complementary champagne for our celebration. Will definitely be back!

Very romantic place for a date, great service. Prices are accessible compared to other restaurants in the area, I was presently surprised.
Food though, I live in Carrollton K-town I'm spoiled when you live surrounded by several great authentic restaurants. That being said, this restaurant is great for a romantic date.

We enjoyed a decent dinner with outstanding service. Will was very knowledgeable of the menu and attentive during our dinner.
There is free parking in the garage but you must ask for validation.
My only complaint is that there is a happy hour advertised, however, the price was not honored for my drink.

Thank you for participating in DFW Restaurant week. The food was great, service fast, and ambiance incredible. The portions were perfect, the server and trainee was friendly, and the parking easily available with valet.
Food was sub par. At one point k even thought will I get sick from this food? We can get better food at a local hibachi place we take our kids to. Every dish was oily and tasted the same from the next. One of the apps even came out cold and it was not intended to be a cold dish. Service was non existent and not helpful. The only positive was the lovely hostess staff who were welcoming and more helpful than any other staff member.

my experience at elephant east was amazing. from the minute we walked in to the cleaning of the plates! the hostess Ciara was so sweet and welcoming, and chef JP was super helpful and informative of the menu. and to top it all off the food was truly delicious. couldn’t have asked for a better dining experience! will definitely be coming back
