They're a very decent breakfast place. A bit pricey but the food is good.

I'm shocked that this place has only four stars. It was very clean, everyone there was extremely nice, and the food was delicious.

On this day, the food was just good. I'm not sure if the cook changed. The last time I ordered the shrimp and grits, it didn't have cooked spinach in it. But it was ok, I don't like cooked greens.

It was soooooooo good. I can’t wait to go back when I’m not working to try their mimosas. Went during lunch and was immediately sat. Kind service, clean restroom, and delicious food. Highly recommend you go if you are a breakfast lover.

The servers are always nice and professional, and the food is amazing. I took a friend from out of town and he said he wants to go back every time he visits from now on.

Limited food on menu. Closes at 3pm. Opens at 7am. It's a breakfast/brunch place. They did a salad, some sides and sandwiches.y first time. Location is ok. Service was good.

I enjoyed my 3 egg omelet. I added spinach and bell peppers. Lived the croissant.

Now I understand why this place was empty when we walked in. The staff was nice and attentive. But the food. Wow the food was just not what you expect from a breakfast place. I promise you get better at IHOP. The huevos rancheros came with lettuce, lettuce?! Yes, lettuce. How do you serve a hot plate of fresh eggs with lettuce? And then the sauce was store bought. You can taste the can. I ordered the biscuits with gravy, OMG what a mistake. The biscuits were flaky and not fresh. They look like the ones from the air tight package at walmart. The flavor and all was store bought. Dont waste your time here just because the pictures are fancy. The only good thing here is the coffee. Plus everything is $12, $14, $17 and up.

My husband and I had breakfast and the food was good, also Rosa the waitress was great she knows her stuff, so please ask for her. I love the environment. It’s a little loud but that’s ok with me, I love the energy, it’s very up beat. I recommend you give it a chance, don’t forget to ask for Rosa the waitress.

Great location, and when you walk into the restaurant the ambiance is gorgeous. We sat outside and they turned on the fans. Very nice. The food just wasn’t that great. I had a very staple meal, the big breakfast, eggs, bacon, hash-browns and pancakes. Pretty simple. $16. I ordered toast as an extra, a cup of coffee and a large glass of orange juice $6, plus the syrup isn’t free, and one ramekin of syrup is absorbed by 1/2 a pancake. The total jumped to $33.

That’s a lot for bacon that was supposed to be crispy, but was soggy instead (too late to return it since everything would get cold, and super thin and small, compared to any other staple place, like Waffle House), pancakes that are so thick the syrup doesn’t go far and you have to pay extra for more syrup, hash browns that were barely cooked and toast that was also very thick, about as thick as the pancake.

I keep thinking of a family of four, or even a couple, they are gonna walk out with a tab of $80-$100. That’s a lot for a very simple meal. Too much for me.

The service was not as expected. I thought it was gonna be awesome, but my coffee cup was empty most of the time. Plus it was luke warm, never hot.

Still, it’s bougie and if you like paying for bougie, eat here. It’s a beautiful restaurant.
