Took too long to serve. Took 75mins and they missed the salads. One of us has to wait till the end to get what we ordered. The dishes did not come together even for the same person. No one came to check when it was delayed.

Have frequented this restaurant when we attend performances at the AT&T. Today was a disappointment. Service was very slow. The eggs on my Eggs Benedict were overcooked. I requested to more poached eggs and received only one properly prepared. We had to nearly tackle a waiter to get service, silverware, and salt/pepper. We will probably change up our routine and go elsewhere for the next show.

The food was not good at all. Very bland French toast, the only decent thing was the buttermilk pancakes.

Called ahead and asked for a reservation, they told us that we needed to wait until we got there to be put on a list. We got there, party of four guests, we're told there are no tables available but that we could wait at the bar or designated seating. We sit at the designated seating area and twenty minutes after, forty minutes before they close, we were told to they had no more seating left. Just very frustrating because when we got there they asked if we had a reservation, yet on the phone they said we needed to wait until we got there.
Great food and atmosphere.

Dined here during my staycation at the HALL Arts Hotel, and it was fabulous! I was there for their Thanksgiving day special, which was scrumptious. The ambiance was darling. And the service was a step above the rest. I'll be back.

The hotel is very nice, and the food was solid. Steak I ordered was a bit overcooked but a great place overall.

The food we got was 10/10 very flavorful and our server had excellent recommendations. Portions were smaller than expected but that what fine dining is, it was a unique experience.Server accidentally threw my plate away while in the restroom but wasn’t a big deal. They had a live singer in there that really set the mood for our dinner party. And to finish it off the server could tell it was an intimate date for us so she gave us 2 free glasses of champagne to enjoy in the lounge. Not saying go to expect free champagne, but just a kind gesture our server did for us. Will be coming back again.

When I first arrived I was pretty excited. The atmosphere was amazing. Beautiful scenery. As we sat & waited, the customer service was really slow. It took a while before we got drinks, even when we ordered drinks the waiter got the drinks wrong bringing 2 mimosas when we asked for 1. The food was kinda bland as well & dry. the roasted potatoes were great & apple juice. The entire time we needed anything the waiter was hard to come back we would literally have to go to the bar to get help. At the time of check out I gave the waiter my card. He took it & charged it. As I’m leaving I didn’t think to look at the receipt of what was charged. But I did notice it said $85. Once I arrived home I went to my bank account & was charged $100. Also notice he charged for two apple juices. So I gave Ellie’s a call no one from the restaurant answer only the front desk. She took my name & number yesterday. No one had reached back to me yet. I have called twice the restaurant do not answer. I’m very concerned on why they would charge extra without my knowledge. For grautuide it was blanked in that area. Also charging for 2 apple juices when we only received one & it was bought right before we left due to having the mix of being the 2 mimosas.

🍒 WHAT THEY’RE KNOWN FOR: located in the Hall Arts hotel! I think they are known for their live jazz Sunday brunch.
🍒 THE VIBE: VERY elegant, very modern and such a pretty interior. Literally taken away how gorgeous this hotel was!
🍒 PRICE: ~$60 + $15 tip
🍒 WOULD I COME BACK? Yes.

Overall Rating: 7.5/10
- The smoked trout dip was phenomenal (if you love fish of course) I absolutely would get it again. Even when we ran out of crackers, I could eat it by itself because it was that good.
- The steak and fries were very good too! My boyfriend thought it was okay. The steak was a bit chewy even though it was cooked medium. Fries were solid. We split it bc we wanted another big back meal to our hotel room.
- The only reason I rank it this way because of the vibes 😭 it was a typical 7pm Sunday dinner and it was pindrop silent. No music playing over the intercom it was literally eerie 😭
- To make it worse, our server wasn’t exactly cracked out but she was on one or something and was just acting odd. The food also took forever to come out despite there only being like 2 tables lol us and one other party of 3.
- The food was good but the vibes threw it off for sure lol.

This restaurant was absolutely divine after the symphony across the street. The smoked trout appetizer was amazing, the lamb chops and redfish entrees were inspired, and the drinks well-crafted and tasty. Service was top notch. I will absolutely return here without question!

The dinning area is great. Food is decent, portion is great.
However, the service is terrible, the waiter never knows that he needs to refill the water or coffee.
You need to be prepared that your food make take almost 1 hour. But as I mentioned, the food is great.
