The best elotes! Prices are fair, I love elotes and I’ve purchase lower quality and more expensive! These are delicious and the variety of salsas makes it even better. I love how they prepare them! Very authentic.

This lady’s a cheat I bought an eight dollar cup of corn. She cut one corner of the cob and left big pieces and didn’t crumble it down and gave me a half empty cup after I asked her she said no this is how much you get for this amount. Don’t waste your money people.

Small Elotes compared to other places but higher priced. The nachos are as well small quantity for higher price. I honestly think she's ripping people off for the small portions. And she asked for a tip on top of it. I won't be returning to this location . No gloves and dirty hands serving food

I rarely leave reviews but this is hands down top 3 best corns stands in dallas. Everytime i pass by i have to get an elote even if i’m not hungry. Simply too good. Lady is so nice
I had a concha with one of her many amazing made from scratch elote salsas, it was simply one of the most delicious things I've had in years. I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys good food and a friendly and endearing interaction with a genuine person. IM A BIG FAN OF FANNY'S.
