Elotes have been my favorite snack since I was a kid, I’d eat one every time I visited my tia is Ciudad Juarez. Those elotes were my top fav ever! It’s hard to find a good stand here in Dallas. They can be made so many different ways.At this stand right here, he hit it close to home. Like I’m back at my tias around the corner buying the best elote ever. I hope this stand never disappears. Needed a late night snack on a Saturday, but didn’t want to sit down anywhere or eat anything heavy. We found Elotes Gonzalez right on Davis near us. They are open until 11pm during the week and midnight on Fridays and Saturdays. The service was great and the elotes were even better. They had a few different types to choose from, including conchinadas and ones of different sizes. They also sell nachos and snow cones. I’ve been in Oak Cliff my whole life and never stopped here....
