Empire Baking Co. is a cute little bakery tucked into the Inwood shopping center. I grabbed a croissant—flaky and tasty, though I wish they’d toasted it. They’ve got a great selection of baked goods—sourdough, sandwiches, bagels, muffins. The chocolate zucchini slice caught my eye—definitely coming back to try that next time.
