A great place to have breakfast it was too pricey for me. They're known for their blue corn pancakes and it did not disappoint. They were delicious & fluffy. I also had Migas, sorry but not good at all. Their Migas had too much red sauce all over the potatoes that were underneath the eggs. I've been eating Migas for years and I've been making them, too. These were no Migas that I've ever seen before . Plus, they were very dry. We shared a bottle of Prosecco & a small container of orange juice. The prices were very high for brunch & not alot of things g

BEST BRUNCH IN DALLAS The croissants are freshly made and perfectly buttery and flaky and layered! The pancakes are delicious, and the pork belly is spicy and savory. Service is great and ambiance is very industrial but very chic and modern at the same time. Make resys ahead of time because it gets packed.

This was on my friend’s list to try so I have zero expectations, but the brunch was so good!! Now I need to come back for dinner. We got the honey glazed pork belly and the Montreal that had duck and blue corn pancakes. SO delicious! The cheese grits with the pork and a sunny side up egg was the perfect combo of creamy and savory. The blue corn pancakes are one of their best things for lunch so definitely try that too.

The salmon rillette were reminiscent of soggy salmon salad and were served in an unappetizing sauce made from beets and orange juice. Of the four entrees we ordered, the veal cheeks was the only dish that was really delicious. The scallops themselves were great but it was served on an unpleasant base of black eyed peas with cornbread crumbs. This dish is not worth the $48 price tag . The short rib bolognese was watery and did not adhere to the pasta and the beet and burrata salad had very little buratta. Avoid the goat cheese cheesecake.

Found on Yelp so my husband and I tried it out for brunch this morning. We started with a croissant (chocolate & plain) both were flaky & yummy (no butter or jam needed)! Meet the guy who makes these fresh every morning at the restaurant. My husband had the Biscuits and gravy and thought they were excellent! I tried their signature Blue Corn pancakes they were also very good not as heavy as regular pancakes. Can't wait to go back and try the one of there other yummy choices!

This was my first time going to brunch and I enjoyed the food. We ordered the salad, pancakes, and the quiche. All were fantastic so I will be back. I was a little disappointed that my friend wasn't able to place a to-go order and the waitress didn't tell us until after she'd placed the order.

One of our favorite places in Dallas. The croquettes appetizer was nicely done, crisp and not greasy on the outside and warm and fluffy on the inside. Enjoyed the romesco sauce that came with them, but would have liked a little more. The mixed green salad with the lardons is really good, enough for 2 to share. I'm a big fan of their Berkshire porkchop but this time went for the veal cheeks and did not regret it. Drinks and wine were very good and reasonably priced. Oddly, a little slow on the service, mainly the cocktails and wine, although they were not that busy. The atmosphere is industrial, but the tables are nicely appointed in the main dining room, lighting is well done and the seats are comfortable. Overall outstanding food value.

Good food. Service could have been better considering the restaurant was fairly empty, we often found ourselves waiting on drinks and condiments to be refilled, which my sister never got her drink refilled. The restaurant definitely wasn't shorthanded. The appeared to be several staff standing around by the bar. They just weren't attentive.

The food was great until I found a black hair under the last pancake. After that my brunch was ruined. No reaction from the waiter when I told him so.

This place is an absolute GEM! VERY cool ambiance and great staff. Our server James was OUTSTANDING! Very knowledgeable about the menu and knew his bourbon which always makes me happy. He made our first experience here a memorable one on Valentine's! The food is amazing and very adventurous. The chef/s definitely explore new areas and twist on simple dishes in a great way! We will be back and are fans!!

We got the steak tartar- absolutely delicious. Plus not messy or anything comes pre-spread on the sourdough. We got the bolognese and the pork chop. Both absolutely delicious and big portions. We got the apple thing for dessert and it was so delicious! Great value for excellent food.

I went there for Valentine's Day with my wife. Encina offered 85$ per person for fixed menu but it was the most disappointing meal we ever got. Meals didn't stand out and portions were way too small. 170$ menu wasn't even including any drinks! This place is big No for us.
