I really enjoyed going here. The food was great. The service was nonchalant. They didnt rush and they didnt rush u.Downside is I think they folded. As of Aug 22, every time Ive gone by there it was closed.

Around 5-6pm.We were coming in to grab a quick bite to eat and drink. As soon as we walked in the bartender looked at us and looked back down no hello or signal to seat ourselves, nothing. There was only two other patrons sitting at the bar.We made our way to a table begin to sat down and the bartender looked over at us I said “hello!” And she just Glared at me and looked back down.Wth? Right? Idk.Okay so There was a pinball machine next to us, so we decided to play a game thinking maybe there was a sever for the floor and the moody bartender was just not a team player.Nope. A young lady walked out of the kitchen stopped stared at us and then walked around the other side of the bar and hid behind the bottles. (Okay…this place is weird or what)As we barley put our last quarter in to play a game of star wars pinball, the moody bartender rushed over to us and the first thing she said was “ only 18 and older are allowed to play the game”. (haha seriously I can’t make this up. )I told her sorry and that there was no sign saying that, so we didn’t know. and if we could just finish the one game, that we were going to order some food.We said we weren’t sure if she was the one to order from because she hadn’t even said hello to us since we walked in.She started yelling at me saying how she said hello to all of us. ( both wife and MIL were stunned as was I)what? we said. “ you haven’t said anything to us since we’ve walked in, and if you were little bit nicer we’d like to order some food.She then blew us off started yelling and insulting me in front of my family as she walked away from us.We stopped pinball game if you could even call it that because we had just being to play,mom and mother in law stood up from table and we started to walk out as she continued yelling at us.I never understood people in the service industry that work like this. Leave that drama at home or stay home.Def won’t be able to come back to this place due to first impression. But honestly seeing Some of the other reviews regarding food and service.I prob could have saved myself the time spent there and writing this post and be finishing a nice meal with a cold drink instead at better establishment.Good luck to all that try and go here. Hopefully the staff feels like working when you come.

Just called for a call in order 20mins before closing and the lady that answered was rude instead of telling me am sorry we are not taking anymore orders because we close in 20mins she said No and hung up on me. This is harrablie customer service no wonder you have 3.2 stars if I could I would give you zero stars..

I made this place my second home while living in Dallas..I found the staff to be excellent, always courteous and accomadating to me. The atmosphere is diverse if you want to chill at the bar, have some delicious food with friends at a table or chance your luck at the pool tables. A very clean place and very welcoming.

The food is really good but the service is awful. We ordered drinks and a water plus food and no ever came around again to see if we needed another drink. I never got my water or our appetizer. We finally decide to leave and it took them 30 minutes to pick up our credit card. Very unfortunate.

Literally the worst place I have ever been on my many decades here on Earth. Not a care in the World from one single employee in that establishment. A rotten shame. Go 4 It would have NEVER acted or treated customers the way these folks do. The employees, the food, the whole atmosphere is wrong. Save your time and your money and go to Lochlands across the street or Applebees across the metroplex. You'd have better luck. L

Lots of room, lots of TVs, and the food is pretty good. They serve white claw, so I'm happy. Now they just need to change the pool tables from $1.50 a game to $1.00!
The food had HAIR in it. The nachos had maybe 3 pieces of meat, the cheese "pizza" was American cheese on a flatbread with 0 sauce at all. We were unable to find any employees to pick up the food, when I did make eye contact with a bartender she walked away it took another 20 minutes for someone else to come help us.

Beef queso and chips were excellent! Their chips have a great seasoning that are good enough to eat on their own.Had a Home Run burger with Pepper Jack and is was very tasty as were the fries.The tacos were flavorful but could use a bit more veggie filling.Tortilla soup was great but needs to be warmer.Will definitely be back when in the area. Great and attentive service team.

I've been coming here for almost 2 years, and I finally see a big IMPROVEMENT. Especially since Brandon has became the shift lead. He makes sure our food is ran and not staying n the window like before. He interacts with us, and of course my bartenders take extremely good care of me and my boyfriend Edgar we love it here.
